We loved this condo! It was extremely clean and comfortable. Wendy went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we could possibly need. The screened porch is steps from the ocean. The area is peaceful and quiet, but there is still so much to do within minutes of the condo. There is a great pool so close that the kids could run back and forth from the pool to get toys from the condo to bring back! We loved having lunch and dinner on the beach at Kaibo Yacht Club, riding over to Rum Point to take advantage of the Red Sail boat trips to see the stingrays and snorkel the reefs, and exploring the secluded beaches on the east end. It’s not too far of a drive back to Georgetown and only ten minutes from Boddentown. We didn’t want to leave, and we can’t wait to go back!

We loved the seclusion on the north side and utilized a rental car to explore the island. Wendy was great to work with and helpful in suggesting things for us to do while on the island. We plan to come back.

We had a wonderful time at Wendy's condo. The area is quiet and low key, but a convenient walk or drive to a lot of activities. Kaibo Yacht Club is next door, as well as the dock for the water taxi and snorkeling and dive boats. We were a short walk to Starfish Point, though we had an amazing amount of water life just outside our door - starfish, fish, crabs, jellyfish, and one morning we even saw a stingray! It was quiet at night, and even on the Tuesday night BBQ at the club, we couldn't hear the music unless the door was open. And being away from the lights of the city, we had an amazing stargazing opportunity. This condo was great for adults and kids (sand toys and snorkeling equipment were available). We filled the week with activities - snorkeling in the coral reef, the Bio Bay at night, Stingray City, the turtle center, Seven Mile Beach, Rum Point, the blowholes, lots of public access beaches including Colliers, the Black Pearl Skatepark, the necessary postcard sent from Hell, Georgetown, Camana Bay...so much to do! The condo was clean and well kept, and Wendy was responsive to all messages. We definitely recommend it.

We had an absolutely amazing time during our visit to the Grand Cayman Islands and a key element to making it so fantastic was where we stayed. The north side is gorgeous and the condo was perfect...….the right size, very cozy and comfy, located on the first floor so that we could walk right onto the beach and to the pool from the back porch as well as having the Kaibo Beach Restaurant & Bar just down the beach. The condo was well equipped from linens, towels, kitchen items, appliances, etc and provided even more than expected (BBQ grill, washer & dryer, kayak, snorkeling equipment, extra toiletries just in case, etc). There wasn't a thing that we needed or wanted that wasn't available. Wendy was a phenomenal host. She was always so delightful, responsive and helpful, from the start of booking our reservations, during the planning of our trip and determining what things to do, in touch as we arrived, during our stay all the way to when we departed. She always went out of her way to be of assistance. She even went so far as to leave our family a bottle of wine, bottled water and fruit to welcome us to the condo. It was one of the best vacations we have ever been on and so grateful to have stayed at Kaibo at Wendy's place.

We had a great time! The condo was very comfortable. It had every thing you could possibly need. The blender was a real surprise! Margaritas and pina coladas were our favorite to make while relaxing by the water right out the patio door. I would highly recommend this rental. I was glad we rented a car because we liked to find all the popular snorkeling spots. And we did!

We enjoyed the beach access, pool and spa. We liked the remote location, but it was a little difficult to find in the dark. It would help to have distances on the directions. Furnishings were comfortable and "beachy." There was a shortage of utensils (forks and spoons). Minor detail, but there was no Kleenex (we picked some up). All-in-all a great experience and hope to stay again!

We enjoyed a quiet week of relaxation in this comfortable, spotless condo. The condo was well stocked with everything you will need. We had a few small questions and Wendy and Sacha quickly addressed these. We enjoyed sitting on the beach and reading. We walked to Starfish point to see the starfish and then realized there were at least 5 starfish in the water right outside the condo. Rum Point was great too and was an easy snorkel. Thank you for the great stay!

We came here to chill out from the craziness and busyness of the world. We had a great time doing so and enjoyed every second.

Truly a remarkable, and lifelong memorable, experience. Given the state of the COVID 19 pandemic, we were so very fortunate to have stayed in this unit. Wendy was incredible with her flexibility and excellent communication. Honestly, a true life changing experience. We came healthy and left healthy and hope for only the best for this complex and the entire Cayman Islands and the many incredible people who live there. Thank you, Wendy . . . you enabled a true life changing, incredible experience for my daughter and I and we will keep you all in our thoughts and prayers.

This property was as described. Beautiful and quiet location away from the hustle of Seven Mile Beach. Overall well appointed furnishings, plenty of linens and towels. Lots of beach chairs and toys. No hesitation in going back or recommending this property. Wendy was very communicative via email and supportive of any questions we had. Highly recommend that if renting a car, stop at the Fosters grocery store at the airport and get your provisions. The local small store near the condo is limited and quite expensive. Lots of good local (reasonable drive time) restaurants along the north and east sides. Try out Big Tree BBQ for good food, very friendly staff, and of course a big tree to sit under. Do take heed that in the months of September and October in the Kaibo area many places are closed or have very limited open times. The Kaibo Yacht Club restaurant, bar, and coffee shop are closed all September and only open on weekends in October. Again, no hesitation in going back. Good Job Wendy!!!!!

This property is great for a family get-away or simply to enjoy the very tropical paradise surroundings. Let the breeze flowing through the palms whisper you into a peaceful rest. We highly recommend this property! It was everything advertised and then some!

This property is as far away as you can get from 7 Mile Beach, so if you are looking for the night life, party scene this will not be for you. If, however, you are looking for a secluded, peaceful place to stay, like I was, you will love this property. Step off of the back patio and you are on a semi-private beach. Due to the palm trees, there is no need for umbrellas and so forth. Just choose a place in the shade or in the sun, whichever you like. There are charter boats for snorkeling, Stingray City, etc. just a short walk down the beach. There is also a water taxi that will take you to the Georgetown area. It runs back and forth all day. A round trip ticket is only $20. You can also walk down to a pretty good restaurant that is on the beach or drive to nearby Rum Point for a little fancier dining. The apartment was very clean and nice, meeting all of our needs. Wendy was a pleasure to deal with and was very helpful in every respect. You will need to rent a car to get to the North Side easily. We did, and used it to explore the whole island. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

She communicated well and made sure everything was going smoothly our entire stay. And what can be better than a beach house literally on the beach? It's wonderful to step out right on the sand, sit under the palm trees. Then to have the luxury of lingering on the screened porch all evening, enjoying the warm breeze while listening to the gentle lapping of the water is absolutely priceless. We loved that it is quiet and dark at night, with just some subtle lights so you can see where you walk. The condo has everything you need, from books and games to snorkel gear and beach towels. The kitchen is outfitted very well, even for those who, like us, enjoy cooking, and all the furniture is comfortable, also important. We hardly noticed any other tenants, it was very quiet. We were glad we had rented a car, even if it is a bit unnerving driving on the left. We found traffic generally light, but we only went into George Town when there were no cruise ships in port. We had stocked up on groceries at the Foster's by the airport and stopped at the one in Savannah later in the week. It's very much like an American grocery store, with many of the same brands. The Ocean Frontiers Dawn Stingray tour is totally worth getting out of bed early for! To see the stingrays without masses of people around is, in my opinion, the only way to go. The Sweet Spot Watersports tour of the bioluminescent bay is magical. Swimming in the glowing water is an experience I'll never forget. All in all we found this the perfect home base both for relaxing in a hammock and exploring the island. We would come back in a heartbeat.

This condo was the BEST stocked VRBO we have ever stayed at! Wendy had everything you could ever need! We enjoyed being at the yacht club and the beach at our door! We are putting this on our MUST do every year! Loved it so much!

The property, location and experience were excellent! We celebrated our 30th anniversary. It was a great time and we would certainly return.

The condo was exactly as advertised and perfect for my husband and I. What a treat to wake up each morning to a view of the beautiful Caribbean! Loved having my morning coffee in the screened in porch. We really enjoyed the fact that it was such a peaceful part of the island. Laid back is what we were looking for. Great local restaurants and wonderful grocery store! Could not have asked for more!

My stay was wonderful. It was peaceful and quiet. Easy to get around on this side of the island. Because of Covid I had to change dates a couple of times and Wendy was very helpful. She even left a welcome gift. The property was clean, well maintained, and well stocked with necessities. I definitely recommend and will try to stay here again next time we visit.

My husband, sister, brother in law and I had a wonderful week in this clean, quiet condo celebrating my 50th birthday. Wendy was so sweet - had a birthday balloon and fruit basket upon our arrival. She also checked in with us after a day to make sure everything was ok. Loved the ground floor walk out to the beach. Minutes from Starfish Bay, close enough to walk down and see the sunset every night. Rum Point is a wonderful place to drink a Mudslide and grab a burger. A car is a must on this end of the island. Spotts beach has amazing snorkeling, swam to the reef and went swimming with a sea turtle! Highly recommend this beautiful, clean condo for your island visit!

Water sports were available right next door as well. Most impressively, the condo was spotless! Parking is right outside the door and the beach is literally in your backyard. I've been to Grand Cayman a few times, this was the first time on Kaibo. I'll never stay on 7mile again .. outstanding location.

I have no other words to sum this trip up with other than absolutely amazing. If you are toying with booking this trip at this property, BOOK IT! From the communication before getting there and during our stay, Wendy was so sweet and helpful. She made sure we had reservations for our anniversary (we ate at the Lighthouse Restaurant which was excellent), we walked in to a bottle of Champagne, a fruit basket, and rum cake. I can't say enough good things about the property owner. As far as the property and island itself, beautiful and so clean! The sunrises and sunsets in the Caymans are breathtaking. We rented a car which I highly recommend (do not let driving on the opposite side of the road detour you from this) and was able to sight see at our own pace. We went to Crystal Cayman Caves, the Botanical Gardens, went into town and rode on a submarine, walked on Seven Mile Beach, tried doing Sting Ray City but the weather wasn't cooperating. This side of the island is a dream if you want a low key area with not a lot of people. We ate at Kaibo a few nights while there, had lunch at Rum Point and Over the Edge Cafe. Would recommend all of these. The people are also something I'd like to highlight. Everyone we encountered were super friendly and so helpful if you had questions. The condo itself has EVERYTHING you need and is literally steps from the water. We went out and saw starfish right outside our door! It was so cool. We stopped at Hurley's on the way and got food for the week and also utilized Chisholm's (small store about 10 min from the condo) a few times as well while there. Love, love, loved this place! We will definitely be back again.
