Everyone was delightful and eager to help! It is a perfect place for a weekend getaway. It offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. We just felt we never left home because of the room amenities. The unit is clean, tidy, and good value for money.We are satisfied with the room and the service provided by everyone. Jan 2017The unit is nice and well maintained with all the things you need. The location is really accessible to Mall of Asia, 10 minutes walk and the host Bebot is nice and very accommodating, overall I'm impressed and I wouldn't hesitate to come back next time I travel back to Philippines

Sep 2016The Staff goes above and beyond 5 Star Very Clean all new Room and amenities, Great location , Holliday Home is surrounded by Very nice Pool , restaurants and Laundry Facility. Within walking distance of Mall of Asia. The Owner and Bebot were incredible They went out of there way to make my stay the best. The security is all around building 24 Hrs a day . I am Expat and travel a lot one of the best I've stayed in .I will be back.

Sep 2022The door knob was damaged and taped. Too much inconvenience dealing with security guards and the property coordinator, who is actually very professional, but was not able to help better because he's not actually in the building. Better book a hotel room if you have extra money to spend to avoid the hassles especially when you're just on vacation. The guards felt so priviledged and no customer service at all. Will never ever go back to this property, never at Shell Residences ever again.

Apr 2019Stayed here for 2 nights as we needed a place to rest before a long flight back to LA. The place is cozy, clean and Glen, the Property Manager was very welcoming and informative. Very close, even walking distance to MOA. I highly recommend this place. Will stay here again!

Apr 2019Nice unit with balcony overlooking the pool. So convenient to Mall of Asia. Walking distance but we chose a taxi for two dollars each way. Convenience Store on first floor with good food as well. Clinton met us on arrival and departure. Quick journey to airport on final day. Good experience all around.

Sep 2019Never in 50 plus years have i stayed at a property that closes the pool for lunch break... smh... The owner of the condo was extremely wonderful. It needed some thorough cleaning in the toilet area. It looks like sum1 stuck the sprayer up their butt 2 clean. It was pretty gross. Shower hose broke. I informed him and very responsive to my observations. Sadly there doesnt seem to be good communication between himself and cleaners who should inform him of these. Not 5 star but very nice and worth the stay.. will return in 6 months to c if those item s were repaired ir cleaned... :)

Oct 2019it was harder to get in the swimming pool than for a US citizen to go to cuba. and there is a gym that guess what you cant use it. and you have to pay to use the pool and go through 2 agencies to even do that.

Jun 2018I and the rest of my group had a pleasant stay in the condotel. The only disappointment I had was I had to pay an add fees for using the pool, I know it was in the contract. (But isn’t it maintenance of the pool is included in assoc fees between the management & owners already?). Also, I felt a little uneasy when I saw a camera inside the unit, I wished I was warned about it. The rest of our stay was wonderful, staff answered right away when I had questions.

The unit is very clean and complete with basic amenities.
Convenience stores, restaurants and more at the groundfloor, taxis in and out, few minutes walk to shopping malls.
Definitely will recommend to friends and relatives abroad. I will come back and make reservation again.
