Um in einem authentischen Jaffa-Wohnung, die sorgfältig renoviert wurde, von unten nach oben zu leben. Die ursprünglichen schönen Elementen wie hohen Decken und die Böden 'verzierten Fliesen, wurden sorgfältig erhalten, während für die Bequemlichkeit der Mieter, neue und moderne Küche und Schränke, gebaut wurden.
Es gibt einen schönen und lichtdurchfluteten Eingang zum auseinander. Durch große Türen, die Sie in ein geräumiges Zimmer, in dem es eine komplett ausgestattete Küche sowie einen luftigen Wohnzimmer gelangen. Vom Wohnzimmer, Türen führen zu einem wundervollen Balkon, von denen Sie eine endlose blaue Meer zu sehen.
Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer: Ein Schlafzimmer ist größer mit einem Queen-Bett und Verbindungstür zum Balkon. Der andere hat ein Einzelbett, das zu einem Doppelbett oder zwei Einzelbetten geöffnet sein können. In beiden Schlafzimmern gibt es große Schränke. Es ist ein Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer.

Die Promenade führt entlang der Strand von Tel Aviv von Jaffa nach Norden Tel Aviv. Nov 2016WOW! My husband and I stayed in Noa's 1-Bedroom apt (listing #3904478) next door 3 weeks earlier. We returned from Jerusalem with 3 lady friends to stay in this 2-Bedroom apt. WOW! It was perfect! Larger kitchen and living area with 2 beds in the second bedroom and fold-away bed in the living area perfectly accommodated 5 seasoned citizens! It was no surprise - this apt was just as comfortable, clean and beautiful as Noa's other apt. Noa was just as hospitable, warm and generous as with our first stay. Thank you for contributing to a memorable and wonderful first visit to Israel!

This was home base for our visit to Israel and it's a great location, we loved it and we loved Israel!First the apartment, clean, pretty, lovely balcony with a decent view. We've been renting apartments all over the world for the past 10 years and Noa really went above and beyond what's normally provided; milk, bread, yogurt, wine and really delicious home made cake were waiting for us when we arrive. Comfortable bed with separate duvets, European style. Excellent shower with plenty of hot water are a big plus.We rented a car and it was fairly easy to get to the major highways (once you get used to local driving habits :) ) and there was lots of free parking available just across the road (and more by the beach park, but we never needed to go that far). This is good as in old town Jaffa there are a lot of parking rules...we had some difficulty in figuring them out and got a ticket. Trying to pay it at the post office was kind of amusing, and since the post office was right next to our "local" coffee shop Paul's, it was not really a big deal. From the outside, the buildings look a bit rough, but don't let that worry you, the state of repair in the apartment is excellent and the neighborhood is nice. We like to avoid touristy areas and this is a "real" family neighborhood, vibrant with lots of people playing soccer and BBQing in the park. There is a school across the road and a community center. We always felt safe and we enjoyed the nearby coffee shop, Paul's, that Noa recommended as well as some of the local restaurants. Look for the shop selling Bourekas a block or so south of Paul's on Yefet, yum. Thanks for the great stay Noa, this one was definitely a 5/5.

Dec 2016Wir haben 2 1/2 November-Wochen in Noa's geräumiger und sorgfältig renovierten Wohnung verbracht. Die Beschreibung der Wohnung entspricht durchaus der Realität. Besonders geschätzt haben wir auch die zweckmässig eingerichtete Küche und die Lage nahe am Meer. In der nahen Umgebung bestehen genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Das Quartier ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erschlossen, der alte Hafen von Jaffa ist durch den Midron - Park zu Fuss entlang dem Meer gut erreichbar. Wir haben Noa's Gastfreundschaft sehr geschätzt; Sie war immer zugänglich, wenn wir etwas brauchten. Danke Noa, wir werden gerne wieder kommen. Peter und Luzia

Apr 2016when we arrived we found Noa a very kind person that gave us all informations about the house and the location.
The house was as we saw in the website or maybe more. So beautiful with an antique soul but very comfortable.
There is inside anything you need and is well equipped and clean.
Noa left in the fridge for us cakes marmalade butter bread anything to drink , incredible!!!!!
We have such a lovely and relaxing vacation in this house the we miss it.
If you go to Tel Aviv you have to stay in this house in Jaffa , very good located you can wolk to the see in front of the house or to the market in Old Jaffa.

Jan 2017We were thrilled to stay at Noa's apartment. Everything was spotless and airy. Every possible convenience was supplied, including homemade goodies, wine, fruit, milk, bread/butter, laundry facilities and many more little luxuries. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the location was ideal. Satellite TV plus a thorough local guide book helped us to enjoy our time there. I would highly recommend this property and hope to return. Thank you for being a gracious hostess, Noa!

Jun 2016We went as a family with a toddler. Noa was so accommodating and helpful with arranging thing s for my daughter. We always stay in apartments when we travel as it provides flexibility and freedom, this apartment by far is the best I have ever stayed in. The quality of the apartment was outstanding, beautifully furnished and comfortable. But it really was the amenities and the things Noa provided that truly made this place so special. Everything you could possibly think it or need was thought about! There were beach towels provided, to washing and cleaning stuff, coffee, tea , fresh bread, bottles of water!! Shampoo, shower gel, The list went on - there hasn't been any place I have stayed in so accommodating and thoughtful. Noa made us a homemade cake too which was delicious and so unexpected. It felt like the luxury of a 5* hotel with the freedom of your own home!!
The apartment is super close to the beach and Jaffa is only a 10 minute walk. Tel aviv is also a short taxi ride away. Noa provides lots of maps and books on tel aviv and Isreal and is happy to give you any information on the area too.
If you are looking for a 5* quality stay then don't look any further this has to be your choice of a place to stay. It was a lovely holiday for us and a big part was really down to the place we stayed and Noa herself.

Oct 2016We travelled as a family (3 Persons) and really enjoyed our stay in this apartment! It is very spacious and big enough for a small family! It was very clean and all the rooms are very bright! It has a nice big kitchen which is very well equipped with everything you need. The location is perfect, it is right next to the sea/beach. In addition there are restaurants and supermarkets in walking distance. The old city of Jaffa is also close, you can go by bicycle which you can rent down the street. Noa was very friendly and helpful making our stay perfect! Thanks!

Apr 2017We stayed at Noa's beautiful apartment in April for 4 nights. The apartment was extremely clean and exactly as shown in the photographs. We were welcomed by Noa who provided us with milk, bread, yoghurts, wine and a very tasty home made cake to name a few. She had really gone over and above and even provided us with a cot and baby body wash as she knew that we were travelling with our 10 month old daughter.
The apartment had everything that we needed over the course of our stay including a nesprrsso coffee machine! The beds were extremely comfortable and the shower very powerful. We all felt relaxed in the apartment from the offset and found it a wonderful homely retreat after a day sightseeing or at the beach.
The apartment is located about 10 minutes from Jaffa Port where we had some fabulous meals and the old city. The beach (which is a lot quieter than central TLV beaches) is only 2 mins walk. There are also local shops 5 mins in the opposite direction. Downstairs is a playground which our 3 year old son enjoyed daily! It took us approximately an hour to walk into central TLV (slow paced with children in tow!) but it was easy to get a reasonably priced taxi back and indeed a bus should we have chosen. TLV is an extremely busy city so for us, being a bit further out suited our needs.
In summary, the apartment is extremely comfortable and stylish. It contained everything we needed and Noa was a gracious host who was keen to ensure that we had a pleasant stay. We will most definitely be back to stay again!

Jun 2018We loved the large open spaces in the rooms. Noa is awesome and helped us with anything needed. The beach access and parking are perfect. Just a short walk to bus if you prefer to explore the city without driving. Great holiday Villa.

May 2017We loved our visit in this adorable apartment. Noa was there to greet us after a very long journey. Too tired to shop or think, she had just what we needed waiting for us before hitting a very comfortable bed.
The view can’t be beat. We enjoyed our coffee every morning looking at the Mediterranean. The neighborhood is pleasant. You can walk to everything you need in Jaffa. We rented a car and there was always a parking spot in front of the apartment. This location made it so nice and easy as a home base for seeing all of the sights we wanted to see and many more we have saved for next time we come. We will come back and stay here!

They have created a truly stylish and very well equiped holiday home, perfectly located right next to a wonderful swimming beach. The host was warm and welcoming, making us feel at home and providing us with great advice on the local area: the best coffee, restaurants, shopping and transport. On arrival, we found a supply of grocery staples, a bottle of lovely wine for us to enjoy, even a delicious home made cake! There is ample free parking right outside the apartment and just across the road you will find a beautiful little patrolled beach, perfect for swimming, sunsets and sipping a cool drink at the end of a glorious day in Jaffa. We look forward to returning to this gorgeous apartment very soon!

Aug 2022This is a lovely, characterful apartment next to a superb beach and just off the hubbub of Jaffa. We used it as a base to explore all of Israel and Jordan, then swimming in the warm Med on down time. It’s well air conditioned, comfortable, the owners are very helpful and welcoming. It can be a bit noisy with city sounds (live in the countryside at home) but we really weren’t bothered at all and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Great times!

Apr 2022Our stay was good. The apartment is very nice and comfortable. The location is also very good, the beach is just a few minutes away waking, and it is truly amazing.The only issue was that the place is quite noisy. We woke up a bit too early a few days because of the noise on the street, but other than that, the place is very good and would recommend staying there.

Jan 2017Our stay at Noa’s flat has in all ways been a very nice experience. It is situated in a very authentic part of Yafa, looking a little worn out from the outside but very beautiful and spotless clean from the inside. Our little family felt at home from the moment we arrived and Noa welcomed us with cake, bread and wine.
You have a direct view to the sea from the balcony and the beach is only a few meters away.
Noa is a perfect host. Very warm and helpful.

My wife & I were pleasantly surprised & most grateful to be in communication with the owner from the start & periodically during our stay. She was very responsive. Everything was as we saw on the listing and more....we plan to be back to experience real life in this city!

With two small children it is spacious, clean and in a great location close to the beach, Jaffa Port and easy access to the highways if you want to drive out of town. Noa was a lovely host and went far above and beyond what we expected. It was such a pleasure and we look forward to going back again!! I highly recommend this apartment to anyone!!!!! Jul 2017My family travel to Israel for the first time and we stayed in three different places. Noa apartment by far exceeded our expectations she added so many personal touches when we arrive hungry she had food stuff in the refrigerator. We had everything to start our day .
She really helped us with certain suggestions as far as different events going on in the area and also really helped us to find a ride to the airport it was super super helpful because when you have a family of five a lot of taxes don't want to take you . We highly recommend that apartment it was very clean water was available to take a shower at anytime. Thank you Noah for a wonderful place to have our vacation !

Dec 2022I stayed at this property for over 15 days. I have stayed at other properties through VRBO and have relied on the reviews to be honest and informative. This property is not ready to be rented out until the owner commits to fixing it up and instructing his daughter who lives next door to control her dogs or have them go offsite. No one should subjected to barking dogs every time you come back to the unit or at night. Once at 3:56am.. My daughter who is a dog person was attacked by one of them in the hallway. I told the owner who seemed to think it was a misunderstanding. That is not the point, if my daughter did not have a grocery bag she could have been bitten. It is not relevant if it happened as she explained it to me , but that she was afraid nevertheless . I have contacted the owner before I wrote this review to express to him that this apartment was not ready to be rented out. The floor had several tiles that were loose. I hurt my foot on the tiles sticking out. I complained about the peeling paint above the shower and I told him about the dirty hallways and entrance to the unit.It is my belief that the owner took these recommendations seriously and will fix and clean the unit. I do hope his daughter would be respectful to the people paying good money to rent this unit by controlling those dogs and removing her clothing from the joint washer and dryer .As for the unit itself. It is a spacious 2 bedroom in a classical Jaffa style with high ceilings and beautiful tile floors. ( It was a shame that they were not in good form, easily fixable). The kitchen was good and the bathroom was spacious, a rarity in older units. The balcony was comfortable, it did have electrical and phone wires but this is a old neighborhood. You can still see the ocean which was literally across the street. This is a 20 minute walk to old Jaffa port so not really close by walking , if you are going to Tel Aviv proper or many restaurants There are two - three nearby, one very expensive the other two moderate . parking was excellent and free, never a issue to find a spot. The building itself is in very poor shape. Peeling paint, dirty hallways needs a major upgrade . It is across the street from the promenade so that was nice.I really hope the owner fixes these issues. If so I would recommend it but the renter needs to know all the facts and the distances involved.
