The only thing good about the place is the perfect location. Walking distance to the town.

The place was not well maintained. Our arrival was expected to be at 3.00pm. We arrived at 3.30pm only to find the whole unit floor wet as it was just mopped and not dried. Kitchen area was extremely dirty. The cooking utensils provided were filthy. Sofa was damaged. Iron board was dirty. Sink / Bathroom was dirty and damaged. Bedroom lights were not functioning well. Comforters were torn and damaged. Many wall power outlet were not functioning as well. All the basic amenities like toilet papers, towels were not there. We had to ask from the caretakers to provided us with them. And all the comforters / bedsheets are all sorted out by the caretakers on the floor ! Imagine the dirt and filth on the floor ! This is the first time, I am getting such a disastrous place to stay via my booking through booking.com ! DO NOT TRUST their rating which is not deserving. I am attaching some pictures from my experience of staying there.

the location was strategic. near the town. guards to secure the area

the facilities provided were too minimum in spite of too many rules and charged if damaged or losses. owner should provide thicker blanket. also so much noises (sound of things were kept moving) from the above apartment at 2, 3 am and it was disturbing my family. letaklah carpet lebih sikit dan selimut tebal sikit. it won't cost a lot pun.

Strategic Area... smoothly to the favorite destiny...

No privacy... crowded noisy neighbours even they're inside of their home...so many rules to be a regulation's to follow... Very poor interaction from the owner... not helpful... not satisfied with the instructions to check in/out...

Provide towel

No WiFi. Pls do something for near future.
