Feb 2019We've stayed in this condo complex before, but this unit was new to us. It is very nice, and quite clean. Kitchen was adequately stocked - was happy to see there were sharp steak knives, and of course the requisite blender for delicious rum drinks! Our microwave stopped working one evening. I spoke with the caretaker, Barbara (a gem :-)) and it was replaced. All three beds had a pillow foam on top and they were very comfortable. The location is very quiet and serene. We love the easy access to the first floor units from the parking lot, and then just step out onto the beach from the other side. The water on the beach is not exactly prime for swimming or snorkeling, but the pool and hot tub there are great, and there are lots of chairs and hammocks to enjoy. Perfect swimming and snorkeling can be had at Rum Point, just down the road. We didn't see many starfish at Starfish Point, but saw loads of them on "our" beach, and extending down the beach along the condos - I think they might be hanging there instead to get away from the people at the Point. It takes a good 45 min to an hour to get to Kaibo from the airport/George Town, so you do need to rent a car.

Dec 2018We stayed here last January and decided to return. It was great the second time around. We did a sting ray city and also a sunset catamaran sail this time from a dock nearby and they were both great. I love the quietness and beauty of this location. Essentially all the usual vacation amenities and activities that would be available on 7 mile beach can be had here, sun, sea, great restaurants, snorkeling, boat tours. Tuesday evening barbecue with live music next door was great this time around.

Apr 2018We spent spring break with our family and loved staying at this condo. We liked being on the first floor so we could walk out to the beach. The screened porch was nice and we would have breakfast out there everyday. The condo was clean, cool, comfortable and quiet. The kitchen was well equipped and having a washer/dryer was great. Having the Kaibo restaurant and coffee shop next door was convenient. We rented jet skis and bikes next door as well. Starfish point was a quick walk away and Rum Point is a short drive. We had a great vacation!

Jan 2018We needed a place to stay for a couple of days before we could check into our timeshare. This place was a great spot. Out of the hustle and bustle, no crowds, no fighting for chairs, great atmosphere and weather, and the people were nice. We would use it again.

Jan 2019We loved staying in this condo! It was very clean and the beds were comfy. The condo complex was great and we were happy to be staying away from the chaos of 7 mile beach. We made many friends at the complex and the kids had lot of playmates. Seeing the starfish in the water right out front was really great. Would definitely stay here again!!

Mar 2019We loved our stay. We had two kids with us, ages 12 & 13. The area was safe, gorgeous and quiet. You can walk to Rum Point, about a mile away. You can walk out your back door and walk 20 feet for coffee and drinks. The beach was perfect and well groomed. The property manager was super nice and helpful. Letting you know about the water taxi and cabs to call. The kitchen was fully loaded with everything you need to cook up a great meal. The Coffee pot and blender were perfect. They had all the Jimmy Buffet music you needed! The DVD player was a great way to end the day, watching movies and popping popcorn. We loved our stay! If you are looking for a quiet spot of paradise, this place is for you! You can walk right out to the beach. I loved that we were away from the pool. It was so peaceful.
You can book wave runners, bikes, snorkeling events, and extras right outside your door. On Tuesday nights the band was great! We BBQed ourselves and listened to the music right outside our door.
We also took a private sailboat trip for the day. Captain Ben Wilson was perfect. Picked you right up outside at the pier. You can call him at 345-525-1222
He took us to the most beautiful spots to snorkel! We loved it! And took us to stingray city.

Jan 2018This was our second time in this area & we loved it AGAIN! Condo had everything we needed to relax on the beach - ground floor location is ideal for a family that only wants to walk 10 steps to a beach chair! We ate next door a couple of nights & enjoyed the coffee shop for a latte & pastry. Would recommend this area for a quiet getaway - away from the crowds of 7 mile and this condo for a great place to stay.

If you stay here, i do suggest a car if you want to explore Georgetown and 7 mile beach because taxis are ludicrously expensive and public transport quite sporadic. However, there are also lots of things right beside the condo. You have a little coffee shop, the yacht club and just a little further down Rum Point. Additionally White Sands Watersports does snorkeling, luminescent tours and stingray bay tours which start pretty much right outside your door. The interior space of the condo was exactly as advertised and everything was in great condition. The owner responds to questions immediately and the property manager is also very approachable. Overall, a great stay. This was a girls trip, however, this condo would be equally suitable for a family with kids.

Jan 2018The place is fantastic, I would say idyllic and we loved it. The beach just outside the condo is great with nice calm water and beautiful palm trees and comfortable places to sit and lounge in relaxing comfort. It was generally windy most places while we were in Grand Cayman but not here as it is quite sheltered by the trees. The pool and the hot tub are also great. The upstairs restaurant next door is first class and a must do dining experience. We also enjoyed the espresso cafe next door and visited several times. We brought our own groceries and did most of our own food preparation which was easy as the kitchen is fully equipped and really nice. There is a washer and dryer in the unit which we appreciated. We drove down to starfish point which is also a nice area to walk about but there were lots of starfish in the lagoon just out side the condo. It would be possible to take the ferry from Camana Bay and not need a rental car to get her but groceries are needed if you want to do your own food preparation. It would be possible to visit Camana Bay and the 7 mile beach area using the ferry in the other direction if one wanted to. We did not visit the grill next door. I went fishing in the lagoon from the dock and did not catch anything but it was still fun as I got some fish to follow my lure. It seems that the successful fishing in Grand Cayman is outside the reefs in boats. We had a relaxing and comfortable stay and I would love to do it again.

Feb 2019The condo was clean and right on the beach in a very private complex. The owners were very helpful and responsive with all of our questions. This particular unit is great because it is on the lower level so you walked right out to the beach/pool. Made it very easy with youngish kids to go in and out from the beach/pool. At times you felt like you had your own private beach and pool. The condo has all the appliances and things that you need.

Jun 2022Our family had a great time at this condo. The place was as described and extraordinarily clean. I was very impressed with how clean everything was. Everything was in good working condition. You will have everything you can think of. We also had the pleasure of meeting Barbara the manager of the place. Owner was great as well. Very satisfied and highly recommend.

May 2022It is a bit tricky to find, particularly if you arrive at night. It is the building just before you get to the Kaibo restaurant bar.Very clean, very comfortable. It is nice to walk out onto the beach directly from your patio.
