Diese warme und gemütliche, renovierte Dachgeschosswohnung bietet eine gigantische Aussicht und ein Sonnenuntergangspanorama über den Emerald Mountain, der unschlagbar ist. Gewölbedecken sorgen für Helligkeit und Eleganz in den Bergen. Alle Elemente des Hauses wurden kürzlich aufgerüstet, darunter Granitplatten, Badfliesen, Beleuchtung, Fußböden, Farben und Geräte. Eine praktische Waschmaschine und ein Trockner befinden sich in der Wohnung auf der Hauptebene. Schieferböden mit großem Profil und Hartholz gleichen den massiven / robusten Steinkamin aus. Mar 2023Very nice unit. Close to slopes, but not an easy to walk with equipment. I walked to the square with ease to meet up for lunch( I’m not a skier). Quiet unit due to being on the top floor. Very clean and roomy. My teenage daughters loved having their own area with the loft. Bath towels were very plush! Kitchen was well stocked. Shared Pool and hot tub are a short walk to the next building. So convenient to have personal washer and dryer in the unit. Really enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Host were quick to respond via email to answer a question I had before check-in. Easy check in and check out process.

Mar 2023This place is awesome. Just a short walk to the lifts. It is super cozy inside in the best way. It is like a hobbit hole except by the mountain. We had a great time staying here and would definitely be back!

Feb 2023My friends and I had an amazing stay in Steamboat. The unit was perfect for our party of 5. The unit was exactly as described and had a very convenient pick-up/drop-off shuttle location, which made getting to and from the slopes a breeze.

Jan 2023This condo is in a great location. The free bus stops right outside the building or it is a 10 minute walk to the mountain base. Easy access to the on site pool and hot tub. The condo itself was clean and well equipped. The owners were extremely responsive before and during our stay. Would definitely stay there again.

Nov 2022We specifically looked for a property with a hot tub, as both the guys have back issues, especially after a day of standing and walking. The property had two hottubs, neither working. Additionally both were full of filthy cold water. The unit owner was aware that the hottubs were not working before we arrived, but assumed they would get fixed so we were given no warning. We were refunded a small amount, but not enough to cover use of the hotsprings in town which we ended up using. Our friend left a jacket in the unit. We were told it would be mailed to us, but it never was. There were no directions for the tv. When we called the owner to ask for instructions for the DVD She had no idea how it worked. Thus the lower rating on communication.

Aug 2022Overall, we liked this condo, but you need to know that if you visit in the summer, the condo will be HOT! Our kids loved the loft, but at night it was unbearable. We did exactly as we were told (open windows at night, close up during the day), but it was just plain hot. They provided four fans which we had running, but it did little to alleviate the heat, and if you do any wash, that only makes it more hot, as the dryer vents into to the bathroom. Perhaps we just visited during an abnormally hot week. The condo itself is nicely furnished with everything you could need. Since we can only travel in the summer, we wouldn't stay here again simply because of the heat.

Other wise we had a very nice time at this property. Enjoyed the hot tubs. Kitchen was very well equipped. We had everything we needed to cook a meal.
We also enjoyed sitting out on the deck.

Apr 2022The building exterior looked aged; however, the unit was very clean and comfortable. My girls loved have the loft bedroom to themselves. The kitchen is well appointed. Appreciated having the pool and hot tubs for use after skiing.

There is one room on the main floor that has one bed and then there is a loft with two beds and a full size bathroom. Really, the two full size bathrooms were very nice to have. My friend and I have stayed at a smaller condo in the same complex and this one right here was worth the upgrade to us. He had his space in the loft and I had mine below. We were both comfortable and very pleased with the accomodations.

The location is perfect - we didn't even have to rent a car. In addition, we arrived a little early and Kim & Karlene let us check in early, so we got an extra two hours on the slopes! Highly recommend their condo for a family vacation!

Nov 2021We came for a short girls weekend and were delighted with the property . It was close enough to the ski area for hiking and eating as well as a short drive to the downtown. The hosts have thought of everything and the property was exactly as advertised. We will definitely be back looking at renting this again when we return.

Oct 2021We stayed at the condo with my 2 adult sons in August. Great location. Perfect set up for 4 guests. Kitchen is very well stocked. We enjoyed the deck in the evenings. Fun spiral staircase my sons loved!
