Die Gesamtfläche des Art House Petunia beträgt 65 m² und besteht aus 3 Zimmern und einer Terrasse. Die Wohnung ist mit allen Annehmlichkeiten für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt ausgestattet. Bis zu 5 Personen Kunst können im Art House Petunia übernachten. Es ist rauchfrei im Innenbereich.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock eines 3-stöckigen Gebäudes, hat einen eigenen Innenhof und Eingang, Parkplatz für 1 Auto. Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Hausschuhe werden gestellt. Die Wohnung ist mit einer Zentralheizung ausgestattet, die im Winter Komfort und Wärme bietet, und die Backsteinstruktur des Hauses sorgt im Sommer immer für eine natürliche, gesunde und kühle Temperatur.
Vom Art House Petunia ist es einfach und bequem zu Fuß zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten von Tiflis zu gelangen - zum Rustaveli-Theater 10 Minuten zu Fuß, zum Freiheitsplatz - 17 Minuten. Das georgische Opern- und Balletttheater erreichen Sie in 10 Minuten zu Fuß und das Landesmuseum in 12 Minuten. "Rosenplatz" - 4 Minuten, Kunstmuseum 15 min. Die Kathedrale - 25 min, die Zitadelle Narikala 30 min.
In der Nähe des Art House Petunia finden Sie viele Cafés und Restaurants, Souvenirläden und das Einkaufszentrum Merani. Die Gäste können bequem und mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln fahren, bis zur U-Bahn-Station "Rustaveli" sind es 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Das Art House Petunia arrangiert auf Wunsch einen Transfer vom und zum 18 km entfernten internationalen Flughafen Tiflis. Transferzeit 25 min.

We were met at the airport and driven to Art House where there was a bottle of wine and chocolates to welcome us. Our hosts were welcoming and informative. The property is very well located, just off the main street, Rustaveli Avenue and just by a great restaurant, Pasanauri.The apartment is spacious and beautifully decorated and comfortable. We loved the items collected by Tata. It is quiet but also close to shops, museums, banks etc.We stayed there twice, once at the beginning of our trip and at the end. Once again were were taken to the airport for our flight home.We would definitely recommend Art House and would love to return.

The landlady was very friendly, meeting and seeing us off in the middle of the night. There was a bottle of wine as a lovely welcome gesture. As a special favour, the hostess organised a minibus from Tbilisi to Kazbegi and back with a guide and the driver so we were very satisfied with the trip to the mountains. The double bed and a single bed were very comfortable. There is a sitting area in front of the flat. The sofa-bed for an extra person in the kitchen/dining area is good, but not perfect for longer stay. Overall there is very good sleeping arrangement for three people. The shower is very good. The flat is good value for money. The restaurant next to the flat offers very good and inexpensive food. We loved our stay. Many thanks for everything.
