Jun 2023Overall, the property is exactly as advertised. Clean, well-equipped and comfortable. Plus, it is hard to imagine finding a place closer to the ocean. Location is also very convenient to Lahaina, Kapalua and many restaurants, services, and beaches. Communication with property manager, Holly, was excellent every step of the way. Would highly recommend!

May 2023We reserved this property because of the pictures - the view, and location appeared amazing. Upon arriving, the reality was even better than the pictures. THE VIEW!!! Entering the condo, you open the door, and in front of you is a wall of glass and the Pacific Ocean right behind it. It could just as easily been a view from a cruise ship. FURNISHINGS. Well done, comfortable, contemporary and beachy. SUPPLIES AND AMENITIES. I told Holly, the owner, in a text that I want her to come organize my house. She has thought of everything. You don't even need to bring a toothbrush if you choose. Coffee, cleaning supplies, shampoos, lotions, washer and dryer with detergent. It's all there. Just pack your swim stuff, your exploring stuff, and your going out to dinner stuff and you're good to go. The condo also has beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, even BoFlex dumb bells. The vibe of this resort is great as well. It's clearly been there a while, but upon entering the lobby of Mahana, you get that 60's comfortable vibe, with Hawaiian decor, koa wood, and walls of lava as accents. The pool is basic, but it's really all you need. On the first day, I somehow messed up the remotes for the flat screen tv (by the way, there are two of them!) I texted Holly, who responded immediately and graciously, and we worked it out. She's someone who really cares about her guests. Don't hesitate to book this place (but not when I want to go back, please). It's a wonderful experience.

There was thought put into every detail. Nothing is misrepresented. It was truly amazing. Amazingly appointed with pictures to show how things are stocked, work out equipment, high end stocked kitchen to amazing colors and decor. All the best. P and S.

Apr 2023The condo is exactly as described and the photos don’t do it justice. The views are stunning in general, but absolutely show stopping during sunset. Even in April, we saw countless whales from the balcony while enjoying our coffee or evening cocktails.
The condo is well stocked, the amenities are lovely and the location is perfect with lots of local restaurants and shopping near by.
We will 100% recommended this location to friends/family and return ourselves in the future. An absolute 10/10!

Apr 2023We loved this condo. It was right on the beach and the views were amazing. We could see whales and turtles from the porch. Short driving distance to restaurants. The place was very clean. We spent more nights at the condo but also stayed at the Hyatt so that we could also get a resort experience. The Hyatt was great but the condo view could not be beat. Highly recommend staying here.

Dec 2022I’ve always loved the location of the Mehana because it’s one of the older condos developed in the area which makes the location better than most. There’s no boardwalk between you and the ocean and you can enjoy the view without people walking through the property the unit was exceptional. The owners have great taste, and the quality is remarkable. Everything was perfect here. I hope to come back soon, I enjoyed my daily walk and there are food carts within a couple blocks Mahalo

Dec 2022We loved staying in this unit! It is well updated and fully stocked. Did have a bit of construction noise during the day from the unit next door and repairs in the front, however we knew this was going to be happening. Definitely would stay in this unit again.

Dec 2022This condo surpassed our expectations. The view was stunning. We could watch surfers, turtles and seals right from the lanai! The sunsets were beautiful.
The location is perfect. The beach is easy to access from the property. We had to walk a couple hundred meters to find a clear spot to walk in the beautiful ocean. Some fun waves to jump and boogie board. Snorkeling was fun. Water is very clear.
You are close to the boardwalk which takes you all the way to the Whaler’s village! There are restaurants, food trucks and grocery stores within walking distance. There is a rental car company within walking distance also.
The balcony was so intimate and perfect for reading, enjoying your coffee or even star gazing at night. Definitely a beautiful condo with everything you need to make this a place you want to come back again! A true gem of a place!

Nov 2022This condo was perfect for me and my wife. Very nice and clean as well as having all the amenities one would need on vacation. Location was very private and provided great views while also being close to various restaurants, shops, a grocery store, and a food truck park. Holly was a great host and was prompt with responding to messages. Would definitely stay here again.

Nov 2022This condo was excellent. It’s in walking distance to many restaurants, food trucks, and a grocery store. The room itself has an amazing view, AC, and has literally everything you could ever need. We really enjoyed the pool and the 30 second walk to the beach. We’d love to come back again!

Close to food and shopping, easy access to the beach, and stocked to the brim with everything you could need to take a day trip on the road to Hana, explore beaches on the coast, or just relax by the pool for the day. Oct 2022First off, how can you not love this property straight from the get go with the stunning views, nice decor and great location?!?!
But what sets it apart from above the rest is how prepared Holly makes the place! You feel at home, she literally thinks of everything to help keep you prepared on your vacation and nails the details!! What really was the cherry on top of the vacation was the quick communication for anything we needed. Holly was so fast to respond and so, so genuine! 100% would stay here again and it was the perfect getaway spot for me and my husband while we celebrated our honeymoon!

Oct 2022We couldn’t have asked for a better location - walking distance to Kaanapali beach area, a 12 min drive to Lahaina shops and restaurants. But the condo itself was overlooking the Pacific - about 50 feet from the water. We could see sea turtles from the balcony. Beach was a little rocky getting into the water right by our beach access, but just walk a minute south and you can walk right in. Don’t forget your snorkeling gear, beach chairs and boogie board (all provided by Holly) and you’ll get to see plenty of the reef and fish.
At Holly’s condo you will have perfect sunset views each day through the floor to ceiling windows and wake up to surfers riding the waves.
From bathroom necessities to kitchen gadgets and accessories, the condo is fully stocked with everything you might need - including straightener and curling iron, sunscreens and lotions, and first aid supplies. Holly’s thought of everything you might need.
The condo resort itself was nice and well taken care of, they’re in the middle of some exterior building updates, but we were hardly in the condo during the day to be disturbed. The pool was never to busy to hop in and there are several areas to grill if you feel like it. We ended up eating out most meals besides making breakfast at the condo just because there was so much nearby, including the food truck lot that is great to grab food and watch the sunset at the condo.
We wish we could have stayed longer in Maui, there was just so much to do and Holly’s place was a perfect spot to make our home for the week! I’ve already recommended it to friends looking to visit Maui.

Great, clean space in which the host as made nearly every amenity possible available. Unbeatable location with one of the most beautiful sunset views we've found on the island. Certainly looking forward to coming back again some day.

Sep 2022Holly's property is beautiful. We were only able to stay for three nights, but wish we could have stayed longer. What a great way to celebrate our 10-year wedding anniversary. The icing on the cake was getting a chance to see spinner dolphins right from the lanai. This house had everything you could ever need, including binoculars! Another reviewer mentioned that you do not even realize there are other people around. We would love to come back sometime in the winter to see the whale migration. Many thanks to Holly for a wonderful stay in Maui!

Sep 2022Holly’s place was amazing! The condo was extremely clean, with a beautiful view of the ocean. I loved eating dinner on the lanai while watching the sunset. There were also very thoughtful touches, including toiletries, beach chairs, umbrellas, scuba gear, and even ziploc bags in the kitchen (perfect for packing beach day snacks). Holly was also very responsive to any questions I had. I will be back the next time I’m in Maui!

Jul 2021Exactly as advertised. New renovation and a stones throw from the beach on the second floor. Views are spectacular. Very close to Kaanapali/ Kapalua/ shops etc. beach gear and snorkeling gear is included, lots of other beaches close by to snorkel as well. Awesome place!

Jun 2021My husband and I were travelling for the first time since the pandemic and naturally were anxious! However the moment we entered Holly's gorgeous condo, we were put at ease. The apartment was sparkly clean and the views are spectacular from the second floor. She has thoughtfully provided all the little things one would need on a beach vacation ( including beach stuff, skin & hair stuff). We were so happy to find some of the same brands we use at home! We fell in the love with Maui and her condo so much we actually decided to extend our trip for 3 more days! Unfortunately, her place was fully booked! But we cannot wait to be back here! Mahalo for being such a great host! :)
