Disappointing
Apr 2022we stayed at Platinum and booked through Luma and their rooms were cleaner and well maintained. The apartment by Queen's didn't meet the same creteria.

Jul 2022The location was perfect, approx 15 mins drive from KLCC and surrounded by various restaurants where you can book food delivery. The apartment was big enough for our family of six. 2 toilets and one of them had a bathtub (both toilets had a shower). The pool was lovely, there is a separate pool for kids which they really enjoyed. You should definitely go to the pool even if you are not swimming as the view is amazing! Wifi was good and there was access to Youtube and Disney plus on the TV. We didn't cook but if you are planning to cook, there is minimal cutleries and pots and pans so better bring your own.
Communication could be improved, for example let us know that there is a rm200 deposit for the key and the wifi password. I would suggest adding a book in the apartment with simple instructions for things like wifi password, how to use the tv (im not familiar with unifi so took a while to figure out), how to use microwave etc

Have 🪳 cockroach, the ac in masterroom is noisy and less cold and the fan is makes loud noises. Didn't slept well.

the tv was very confusing on how to use it, the kitchen has not enough chair for 5 people, the washing machine for drying didn't work normally and they didn't give us enough towel for 5 people.
