Jun 2022The location was good, near many restaurants, the bus and underground that will take you all the way to downtown Carmel.
The pictures look better than the place. There was not a door from the bedroom to the sitting room area which included a sofa bed and a small kitchen.
The apartment is classy and comfortable, and caters to all your needs.
Sep 2021The location was extremely convenient for us as it's a 3 minute walk from the cinematheque and we came to the film festival. Besides, it's close to cafes and restaurants, and everything we needed was within walking distance.
We had no reservations.
cool fast food area, only 10 mins underground to all bars at the docks around syncopa bar, wunderbar and many more
Dec 2022the location is in between 2 coffee shops, 4 ice cream shops, 2 falafel and 2 kebap/burger grill. so you will not starve. up to 2am you will get sm food around. you can also watch spectacular drag races almost every night ;-) . wild boar are crossing the street to find food. the food is tasty and there are 2 bakery and super markets.
this does mean you are in the center of highlife action. be prepared to live in the midst of all this and better a night owl going to bed late. unfortunately there are no real windows so also at day there is noise and no chance to sleep. we personally preferred the cool location and skipped the sleep.

Wonderful if you want to just use as a base to sleep in and tour from there and don't mind noise.
Jul 2022The apartment is beautifully laid out, with a lot of thought devoted to making it comfortable and convenient, everything you might want or need and a little more (iron, toaster, shampoo etc. and also Netflix, extra hangers, little flower decorations). It's sparkling clean. The location is very convenient, right near lots of public transportation including the Carmelit (cable car) which is the best way to get down to the lower city. Opposite a cultural center.
It's situated just above a cafe, which is very nice for its customers but terribly, terribly noisy. I used ear plugs almost every minute I spent there, and certainly to sleep, since it was particularly noisy in the evening. Also you have to keep all the blinds closed because every window faces windows in buildings opposite, or can be seen by people in the cafe downstairs. A minor inconvenience if you want to work is that there's no table or chair, just a coffee table and couch.
Facility was after good upgrade , clean, hosts was excellent but this facility not for me at all.

May 2022it's a cozy apts located on the top of carmel hill which is at the center of haifa: everything is nearby, major transport routes are step away, many nice cafes are here as well as many other places important for family weekend vacation
