it’s dirty, a lot of cockroaches!

The internet was not working until the second night.
There were a lot of cocroches in the rooms. The table in the balcony is broken. The landlord was not helpful when i asked to extend my stay till 6.00 pm which i offered to pay extra.

Sep 2022The location and ease of check in and check out were amazing.
The bathroom floor was dirty. Mold stains on the bathroom ceiling. The washer drained onto the bathroom floor and I had to insert the drain hose into the floor drain. The grease trap under the sink overflowed and the resulting backup of water flooded onto the kitchen floor resulting in us eventually having to pack up and move rooms for the remaining two days stay, although we requested a possible change of rooms earlier in our stay. The decorative tiling on the kitchen wall was peeling off. Small cockroaches were prominent prompting the maintenance person to spray during the 2nd day of stay. At the beginning of our stay, we reported a large hole in the shower awhich created a safety hazard, which was simply covered up by a rubber mat. For the eight days of stay t the only saving grace was that we were eventually offered that change of rooms near the end of our stay.

No provision for parking.. Need to park outside the property.. Didnt like the smell of the sheets and the whole unit.. And there were little cockroaches at the kitchen.

Jan 2023The price of the unit was different from the actual amount they asked upon moving in, they were asking for an extra charge (service charge) which amounted into 800 pesos/ night, and the unit that we booked was altered and we were transferred into another unit.
