By the Sea- Pool and Sea View

We stayed for 3 nights 4 days and enjoyed our comfortable stay at the apt. Ady is very friendly and helpful. The apt is beautifully decorated and so clean! The pool is gorgeous! The kitchen is fully equiped and having the washer n dryer ia so convenient. Location is good, betwen park royal hotel and hard rock hotel. Dining, sundry shops and feringhi pasar malam within walking distance. For breakfast, we love that there is a gerai makcik just accross the road that sells various types of nasi lemak bungkus and kuih. We brought them and eat bfast at the beach. The beach is just a walk away via the apt gate. Eventho its a public beach the crowd is okay. A lot of beach activities too. Recommended👍👍

Very close to the beach. Good security. The unit is very tidy and clean. We love the enclosed laundry area; reliable washing machine & dryer were a big plus point. Nice carpet in the living room. Quick access from the allocated parking lot to the lift & staircase. Thank you Mr Shafie & Mr Ady. My family & I had a good 3-nites stay.

We were surprised By The Sea has no proper main lobby on the Ground Floor.

This apartment was so nice - we looked to see how much it cost to buy one in the same block. The parking lot was possibly the cleanest I have ever seen. Quality of fittings in the apartment were fantastic and well maintained - very comfortable to stay. Easy walk up and down Batu Ferringhi

They really should bolt the security safe to something and 6 numbers was tough to remember

the property was clean comfortable and close to transportation. it is also a short walk to many great restaurants the night market and hawker market.

The place was clean, the manager Mr Ady was very friendly and accomodating. He waited til 1am for our arrival. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance,so getting food was no issue at all.

The owner and the manager are very friendly and helpful. The property is outstanding i.e. good amenities, good parking spot and the place is very well kept. The location is superb i.e. great ocean view and nearby the best night bazaar in Penang. My family especially the kids really enjoyed the stay. Looking forward to our next visit there.. :)

SUPERB! This apartment is fantastic! It's very clean and so comfortable. The location is awesome as it's right in front of the beach so we got to enjoy the view of spectacular sunset and also the beautiful morning sky. They have everything we needed - washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, iron board, iron and even netflix! Totally convenient. The hosts, Mr Shafie and Mr Ady are very helpful and accommodating. I can't recommend this apartment enough. Thank you so much!
