Dec 2022The studio is perfectly located next to the Carmel market and surrounded by nice little bars. All the sightseeing is in walking distance.
Sometimes noisy until late because of the bars. Bring your earplugs, than it's not a problem!

way overpriced for what you get. you arrive and there is an old iron door and the house itself looks terrible from outside. shower is leaking and water flows insede the room

Oct 2022Great location right next to Carmel market. Short walk to beach and Nieve Zedek. Provided working Nespresso machine and pods. Owner was available and very responsive. Nice sized bedroom/ living space/ common area to spread out on.
Could use a few towel racks.

Mar 2023Everything was very cozy and clean. Had all the necessities available.
The location was close enough for me to walk to the beach and towards Rothschild street, where I had business to attend.
Host was very nice, responsive and eager to accommodate my needs.
The room also has a small balcony right next to the street, so it was very cool to drink my coffee there and greet people walking around. Not only that, but there's a small bar right next to this place, that has a joint balcony (split by a small wall) so I ended up spending some evenings having drinks on my balcony with people from the bar.
Even if is so close to the action, the noise is non existent in evening. The host also was nice enough to leave a pack of earplugs on the nightstand, which I'm a fan of.
I landed there during Purim Friday, which is a big holiday where people dress up and go roam the streets partying. This was happening exactly in front of my window. Hundreds of people all dresses up and partying in front of my balcony. It was very cool and I had a lot of fun with this.
I hope they change the lock key code every now and then, because I'm sure I had the same code as the previous tenants which means at least they also knew the code, if not some locals as well, because you can't rely on tourists to not share it around.
great location, excellent and welcoming communication with Maya and overall, a thoroughly enjoyable stay.
