The parking. The guard didn’t speak English and in the end we had to pay for parking 2 days

Feel that the shower could have been a little more updated. Needed more towels We moved out early as the hotel was being refurbished and it was noisy and not pleasant to be in those surroundings.

Itay the Manager was very-very helpful, and he fulfilled our wishes. The location of the Hotel is perfect, and the view of the see and the city was spectacular. The bed in the bedroom was very comfortable.

Unfortunately the coach in the livingroom was unconfortable for sleeping. The bathroom needs to be renovated. But for 4 nights it wasn't so disturbing. It was clean, but not like at home.

All the advertisements showed a sea view, I didn’t get one. The hosts get snarky if you need anything. The tower is really unappealing. For this price expected more aesthetically and politeness

I do not like to write negative comments. But I think people should know what they are paying for. The apartments are located in Isrotel Tower. The building was built in the late 90's. Accordingly, all the equipment is already old enough. In 185 apartments the water was switched off in the evening due to leaks on 17-19 floors. As an alternative, I was given the keys to the apartment to which I had to go by taxi. When the water was turned on in the morning, the water from our bathroom began to flood the bottom floor through the pipes. In the evening we were moved to 193 apartments. The room is huge, the sea view is amazing. Everything in the room is no longer new and what surprised me most was the cockroach (1) on the 19th floor. And there was no hot water. So in three days and $ 800 I managed to take a shower once and spend a bunch of nerves to solve household issues and to move. If you repair the plumbing, then everything will be fine. In the meantime, I do not advise you to repeat my experience. "You are not lucky!" that what they said to me. Good luck, guys!
