May 2022The whole appointment had everything we needed. WIFI, and Sky cable. Right next door to the mall. Safe and secure.
The complex the apartment is on had trees and shrubs overgrowing over the walkways.

Feb 2023The location is a walking distance to the SM mall. Security Guards are well trained. Davao City is a beautiful and very clean place to visit.
Let's starts with the kitchen: Electric stove is not working properly. It takes me over an hour to cook our dinner. Cabinet drawer: when I pull it out, it falls off track. Bath towels: We have to used the same towel for 3 days. To exchange it, each towel will cost us 350 Philippine Peso.

Mar 2023The bords sweet home in ecolan city little bit far from davao downtown & Airport & the place so clean totally quiet & fully safe by security guards so near to sm mall with only view steps 🚶♀️ & I huge thanks full to Christine for her lovely hosting to us & for sore it's apartment, not condo
The swimming pool closed so early at 9 clocks I hope they can extend at least until 10 clocks & there's no par or coffee outside
Misrepresentation of facilities should be a crime if it is not already so.
Nov 2022The size of the property was misrepresented. It was advertised as 38 sq m but was much smaller, maybe 23 sq m. It was so over furnished that there was no room to move and I kept knocking my shins and tripping over and getting bruises.
The host and the property are good. Pool Security is a mehh
Aug 2022The pool lady guard was way too arrogant, you cannot embarass a guest by calling them through your whistle. As of this writing, we are being checked in at Avida tower and to compare, the guards here are way polite and respectful.

Condos in the Philippines are very small. Aircon setting is difficult to get it right.
