Oct 2022We really had a great time in our stay. The unit was spacious and clean that it accommodated my family. My grand kids enjoyed their swimming time which is actually the main reason why I booked this. The ataff were polite and accomodating.
I think the stairs needs a little fix. The roofdeck was being repainted during our stay so it smelled paint while we were swimming.
we stayed like we are in our own homes. big spaces and air conditioning is well maintained so it was cold. we will stay
Jan 2023we like the spacious rooms and living room. The dining area is also okay but we noticed the worn out leather or upholstery of the dining chairs. Other than that all furnitures were ok.
The place needs a major redo. Things are falling apart.
May 2022We did not get no breakfast. They did not have. I like the location.
The srayer in the cr leaked. The tile in the place we're loose and was of afreid of them breaking. The bed frame was broke. When you posted the ad for this place it said balacey with city view but you just look at the place across the way.

Overall average unit for very short stays. Disliked the cockroach in the unit.
Oct 2022Very nice central location. Didn’t have time to walk around the neighbourhood but we took Grab everywhere and it was an easy pick-up and drop-off point.
Very big loft. One bedroom with one bed (queen-sized, can fit two people). Two similarly-sized beds in the area leading to the bedroom. No privacy though since no doors or curtains. There were three couches in the loft - two downstairs and one upstairs. Overall, there were four of us and there was plenty of space to move around; I would estimate that six people can stay in the loft comfortably with no problem.
Easy to get the keys - the guard gave it to us and also took our PHP 2k deposit.
The building looks run down but not too bad.
Caretaker, Mona, met us at check-our to return our deposit and also to take back the keys.
There was a live cockroach in the washroom, which we had to deal with. Told the owner and she cited pest control in the building as the reason. Mona, the caretaker, dropped by 30 mins before check-out to dispose of the cockroach but we told her we dealt with it.
The unit was bare bones. There was only one toilet paper roll (already halfway done, so really 1/2 of a roll) for all four of us to use. No soap in the washroom for hand washing. Although abundant towels were provided, there were no blankets for the beds - just thin top bedsheets. Bring your own jacket or tiny blanket if you get cold easily.
You have to pay extra for parking + using the pool. We didn’t utilize either.

the aircon upstairs, and there's no area where you can cook. Though they still have toaster, microwave oven, rice cooker and electric kettle.
We will definitely booked here again. Very good location at the center of the cities.

The staff, admin and owner are friendly except that the caretaker seems a bit strict and confusing in giving instructions that lead us in paying extra for extending hour.
The booking site tells us that it has a pool, I already put a filter on my search. But upon check in, we found out that it has no water.
My group went to Admin to please them to open and fill the pool with water even with extra cost. They agreed and finally fulfill our dream staycation... though it's a risk, at the end the admin did not let us pay the extra cost.
We just want to suggest that booking.com should update whether the property is now operating their pools or not.
We highly understood the new normal and it's protocols, we are just 6 people and all are surely negative since we we're all totally work from home and not really going out.
Also we suggest to the owner of the unit to put bidet or dipper inside the restroom downstairs and have the flush functioning inside the restroom upstairs

Staff were nice.
I was informed that I will meet the caretaker in the lobby and I messaged her of my arrival but I have spoken only with the security personnel and left my deposit with them.
AC and the vent in the bathroom needs cleaning. The freezer needed cleaning.
We booked for three people but only 2 towels were provided.
The main photographs provided, I believe, were for the other bigger rooms and can be misleading when booking.

There was no battery on the remote, we have to by one so we can use the tv but no biggie we still enjoyed the stay 🥰

The sofa bed has no coversheet. They've provided a blanket which the caretaker said its for the sofa bed. Bidet is leaking, we need to open and close the water valve to get the flush work.

A Birthday Staycation
Feb 2023The location was fab! My Mom and the kids stayed here for my nephew's birthday. The place was clean and exactly what was advertised. Perfect stay for a day or 2. It's worth what we have paid for.
No or limited windows, so you will kinda feel isolated. You have to pay to use the pool, we stayed to other airbnb units before, which had pool but we did not get charged for it.

Dec 2022The area itself is very homey as it is a building within a compound/complex and most of the neighbours are permanent residents who enjoy taking walks outside. If you are not a pet person (especially dogs) then this would not be a place for you, though we did not mind them ourselves.
Difficulty in getting transport to reach the place. You truly need Grab / Taxi to get here.

The ads says can cook. But there is no stove to use.

Feb 2023Spaciousness. Can fit 5-6 pax. Even the bedroom is spacious.
The place needs a LOT of cleaning. Curtain in the bedroom has smudges; bathroom was not clean. Sofa bed in the living room has tons of stains. It could have bed bugs. Microwave has an unpleasantness odor. The place needs a lot of cleaning.
the place is ideal for a family staycation and price is reasonable.

Not enough blanket. You have to share the blanket per room so 1 blanket is for 2 persons. Also there is no blanket for people sleeping at the Double deck bed. We requested on our second night but they did not provide any. Did a follow up the next day but failed to provide still.
