They got it just right, this unit has everything. Not over doing. Clean. Comfortable, good shower. Bldg is in a good area. Walking distance from malls, restaurants, laundry.

The unit is quite clean and most of the things you needed in cooking are complete even for the hair dryer. The only thing I dislike when we check-out is the attitude problem of one of their staff namely "Sarah." SHE IS QUITE RUDE ON THE WAY SHE TALKS TO ME." Teach her how to respond politely to your guest. In this kind of business, people wanted to relax and just because they are checking out you will be treated rudely. The unit is exceptional. The best accommodation unit/hotel I have tried in the hotels in Makati and the host is very accommodating and quite polite. Kudos, Ms. Grace 🥰

The room was complete with everything. A pot for cooking soup, rice cooker, water heater, they even have a hair dryer. Had I known I wouldn't even bring my own. Complete kitchen utensils, and dishes. They have microwave and a fridge. With a small jar of water, free 2 sachet of coffee and 2 coffee cups. A dining table good for two and another table for you to put your laptop on and do your business. A smart tv and a good Wi-Fi connection. Hot water works just fine and complete toiletries. You could literally cook your food and save much from buying take outs. One cabinet with a handful of coat hangers and a fire blanket. Split type AC Conditioner and very cold. I booked my stay again here so let's hope it exceeds my expectations again.

The blankets are way too thin. could use a duvet blanket. The bed is comfy but if the AC is on it gets too cold and too hot if you turn them off. A cold room and a warm blanket should be nice. Especially at dawn.

The property was near major point of interest.

The property was next to a garbage area, so when the room is opened, the smell of the garbage is so strong. LOTS of cockroaches roaming around, especially at night. The dining table is so unstable and not so strong. There is only one tiniest small piece of blanket. I can say the place was so inadequate for sleeping. It could have been an excellent place to stay because of its location, but the comfort of the place was unsatisfactory. It was a letdown.

The is very clean and complete all the amenities.I can reheat food because they have microwave.. Over all I like the place super clean and the linens of the bed is clean also..i should go back here.😉

The host was nice and helpful. The facility with the pool and the gym was very nice. The location is quite good with just a few minutes from the airport of course and for somebody who had business meetings around Manila for a couple days, the access to the "SKYWAY" highway right at the door of the appartment is great to prevent being stuck in traffic a lot. Furthermore the more nicer Greenbelt mall is also just 5-10 minutes away by taxi. The officetel/room was nice further. Everything working properly and the wifi is good and fast. Just the bed was not fit for larger foreigner. First two days was okay, but the last 2 days kind of was getting problem with my back.

The facilities are all food even if di ganon kamahal ang daily rate 🙃 Might be back soon. Didn't get much photos but it's ready good.

Second time in this condo. Will keep coming back. They got everything Just right; Unit. Price. Good staff.

Room was clean and location was excellent

*shower water cycled hot & cold *AC outlets would not hold devices plugged into them(cell phone chargers and in room wifi) *bed and sofa were definitely budget items and HARD *air conditioning wasn’t proper size for room *SLOW ELEVATORS * long wait time to check in, get into room… *will not stay here again! *staff was mostly friendly… until i asked “why is it taking so long to check in?”
