Mar 2020Well kept, comfortable, spacious and bright 2 bedroom apartment on the 29th floor. Centrally located with good amenities. Warm welcome from the host, very helpful and full of attention. Always responded to our requests and took action immediately when necessary. Brought us water when the water supply was cut off due to a burst pipe in the neighbourhood. We could stay until the afternoon as we had an evening flight, thank you Jean-Philippe for your flexibility.
Even though some appliances were out of order, they still made an effort to replace or fix them.

Initially we were being being blamed for a the break-down of the washing machine, even though we didn't intervene and immediately called the owner when it malfunctioned. Later he accepted it wasn't our fault, though he should have investigated first before blaming us squarely.

Jan 2022Very details & well explanation from the person in charge, as well as prompt reply to every questions, attach the different photos, go thru the entire car park, facilities, check in & check out process, also provide the invoice immediately at the day 1, refund the deposit at the check out, a very efficiency team.
Need to pay in order to access the swimming pool & gym facilities and it's charge by per day & per person. Anyway it's stated clearer at the description as well, so that's no misleading information.

Jul 2022very convenient location - walking distance to major sights like Petronas Twin Towers, Suria and Pavilion Malls. One can buy food from nearby stores such as 7-11, McDonald’s and My Means. The apartment is fully equipped with all you would need - kettle, toaster, washer, dryer, fridge, etc. The owner is very accommodating and went of his way to return my deposit, which I forgot to collect upon check out. Highly recommend this place for your stay in KL.

and complete set of utensil and there is a microwave oven to heat up food just like at home , super good .
it will be good if at the entrance / Exit area can fix a bar for the older people to hold the hand when coming down the step from preventing from the fall.

i only missed the drying rack, since there is a washing machine.
the location is great. walking distance from Pavilion mall, Suria mall / Petronas twin tower and the park. there are many restaurants a long the road.
it’s also close to public transport.
All overall the best staycation ever..

Jan 2022The house is clean and tidy. The host is very friendly to us. He allows early checking and provides 2 free car parking for my stay. The location is nice, close to KLCC and Pavillion with walking distance of less than 10min.
The windows are fixed and can't open. The house is full of aircon and this is good for those who love aircon. However, it is unfriendly to a person like me who have nose sensitivity. I can't sleep well. The bed is a bit unstable and make some "noise" when I turn over in bed.
With great host comes great property! :D

There isn't many cleaning tools such as vacuum cleaner or trash bags available. Might need to request for long stay.

Aug 2022Swift check-in and and check-out process. Good anticipation and communication from the host to ensure all the process and stay is a pleasant one. The apartment is clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. KLCC, Pavilion and Bukit Bintang are all within walking distance.
