Was good before, but not this time
Feb 2021Water heater,air conditioner and mini fridge well functioned.
The fact that i need to wait for the room to be prepared, after 2hrs arriving there. At first he told i can get into the room after 1hr. But as i get there, the room condition really blew my mood away.

Mar 2023The staff were super helpful and prompt with helping us check-in. The property is in a building that had a mall and club house. There is a metro train station close by. In terms of facilities and access to restaurants and other things in the city. It's perfect. Additionally the view from our room was superb.
The rooms are a bit old and because of no ventilation and water stagnation, they smell real mouldy. If you're planned to be out for most of the day, it's manageable.

The staff only helpful during checking in. During checking out.... No staff available. I didn't get refunded my deposit. Luckily security personnel helpful in getting the transport to airport.

host should provide exactly what customer book, not simply provide other room.
Jan 2023we have booked 2 bedroom from booking.com for 5paxs, but when we reached there our first night was given the 1 bedroom and only given 2 extra thin floor mattress. Also payment was made full for 2 bedroom and was not refund for providing us 1 bedroom.
Toilet was not properly clean & sandy.
The ceiling at the toilet was leaking due to fcu drain pipe clogged pls fix before the next guest
