Very nice apartment, good for family's. Big rooms, nice views. You take elevator and go to terrace. You can walk or sit there and enjoy the view of twins tower and so many other buildings around. Got two swimming pool one. A small one for children and a big and clean one for adults.

The property is surrounded by many facilities such as restaurants (McD, KFC, local food stalls), Maybank, Coin Laundry, post office, Family mart, and groceries shops. Excellent place for travellers with family and kids. The location is good, with easy access to the highway or expressway. Near bus station. The pool and gym are clean. Best view from the rooftop. You can spot the Twin Towers from the property. The parking area is clean, and very easy and comfortable access to the room.

be careful when you drive near the property. It is a lively area and has a lot of traffic but no traffic jams.

The location is perfect. Nearest shopping complexes have MyTown, Ikea, Time Square and etc.. The whole unit is quite clean and equipped with aircon and wifi. It just like your own house. Has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room and a dining room. We can access rooftop to see night view (can see KLCC and KL Tower), but it's quite dark at night. Unluckily we forgot to bring swimsuits. Otherwise, can utilise the swimming pool in the building. Owner is very friendly too. He met us in person at roadside and guided us how to enter parking in the building, brought us to his unit and tell us dos and don'ts. Overall, still a very pleasant stay.

One of the wooden bed frame cracked, and luckily we saw it before let our kids lying on it. We inform the owner immediately. However, it doesn't affect our 2 nights stay. Besides, need to bring your own toilet paper. Throw rubbish before check-out.

The condo has a nice rooftop the gym is good and so is the swimming pool. Around the building there are a couple of supermarkets and places to eat.

You can only pay by cash, in advance. Based on my request I could make a bank transfer. Once your reserve is irrevocable you receive an e-mail stating that you cannot cook pork or drink alcohol inside the apartment. The apartment had cockroaches, and after the plague control, it smelled insecticide for the rest of my staying (15 days aprox). The owner, based on my request, refunded me two days. The laundry machine was broken so I couldn't wash my clothes, the owner told me that the spare parts to repair it weren't impossible to be found. Communication with the owner was difficult.
