rating from other places we have being post covid and other places in Cebu city We have being in hotels and Condominiums We both would place this accommodations last for service and restrictions and maintenance issues like we had with a toilet block We spoke to the front foyer and was told to use a plunger to unblock the toilet which we did everything thing goes to the manager like a block toilet one example

Jun 2021The room was so nice and it is near at church and other tourist spot. Landlady was so accomodating despite of language barrier. We really enjoyed our stay and will recommend this place to our friends and family who will want to stay in Cebu.

Oct 2022The room is clean. Has a comfortable bed. Many good restaurants within walking distance or short taxi ride. Because of typhoon we extended 2 days and enjoyed the Netflix. Big refrigerator and plenty of dishes available. Great shower and pool. Will recommend and stay again.

Jan 2022The room is clean but we saw 1 cockroach inside the room. Wifi connection was good.
The remote of the tv is not functioning well. Air-conditioned seems to be noisy because I think its broken but the coldness is still good though.

Oct 2022The host was super responsive and accommodating. They made sure that everything is hassle-free from check in until checkout time. I appreciate them also for informing me that we can check in early. The unit has complete appliances which made our stay comfortable. Was happy that we were able to use the swimming pool. ❤️ Kudos to Maam Nica, her team, and Sir Jericho for the organized and super smooth process.

I didn't have any extra rags to use for kitchen. No extra trash bags. Knowing my stay was for 2nights.

Feb 2023Not well maintained unit including the amenities,the drainage system in the bathroom the foul smell comes out from the drainage , faucet leaking even when turned off and the refrigerator as well.There's no toiletries to welcome the guests.

May 2022its dirty smells bad in bathroom and when we pay it’s different from Booking.com it become expensive. and the room us very small but we pay expensive. staff not good after we pay the don’t care they don’t give what we want like towels trash bags.
