The apartment was quite old and under-renovated. The place is not clean and some facilities were not in good condition.

The apartment needs to be revamped, the walls needs to be repainted, the furnitures are very weary and the sofa coating is already worn out as well as peeling. The skirtings are also worn out. During our stay, the aircond is also leaking. it would be better if its been service earlier before the check in. To keep customers to rent the apartment it would be nice for the apartment to be revamped and refurnished.

I AM OF THE OPINION THAT THE SWIMMING POOL ATTIRE RULES SHOULD BE RELAX ABIT AS THE SECURITY GUARD ON DUTY SHOULD ALLOW FOR SOME MEASURE OF CONSIDERATION IN TERMS OF THE CUSTOMER'S CHOICE OF SWIMMING ATTIRE AND NOT NECCESSARILY BE EXACTLY AS STATED IN THE RULES DISPLAYED BOARD. AS LONG AS THE SPORT SHORTS LOOKS DECENT, COVID19 SOP AND COMPLY TO SAFTY RULES, I'M OF THE OPINION THAT PAYING CUSTOMER SHOULD BE ALLOWED USAGE OF THE SWIMMING POOL.

1. The nearest lift to the parking lot is not functioning. Have to cross swimming pool in between the building just to go to the lift at the next building to access the parking lot.
If the malfunctioning lift issue was informed earlier, before the check-in, I wouldn't mind about it.
2. The bathroom facility needs to be fixed especially at the common washroom.

Sofa not really clean, suggest to check the sofa gap... Still have the surplus food from previous customer.
The whole house only refill for 1 roll of tissue paper. Maybe forget, but it's oky.
No party or event.. but we feel like party all the nite, coz our up and both neighbors makes much of noise in the midnight. Knocking on the wall, child crying, people running... Talking at the bacony in a midnight.. totally the whole house not really sound proof..

Jan 2020Staying here was super convenient for us especially since we had our 8 month old baby with us, if we needed to buy anything we could just head down to the supermarket. It was clean and more than spacious for 3 adults and 1 baby. Operator was willing to help when we requested for an induction cooker to help cook baby’s food.
We requested for a baby cot however the cot we got looked dangerous for baby. The pieces of the wood railing was coming off and the rail could slide down easily so had to be held with raffia. We didn’t risk using it and ended up co-sleeping.
Great value for money. Great staff.

The lift service to the Car Parking is atrocious. You can wait for ages. This is the only downside to staying at the Loft.
