location and staff was great just seeing cockroaches made it all bad

saw 3 cockroaches inside the room and the sink kitchen smells like sewer. i get that it’s old building. but still shouldn’t smell that bad. i didn’t mind kitchen things looking all run down and old(kitchen doors looks like about to fall off lol. but could have been better if they fix those little things. also the knob for a/c is broken and the air goes straight to your face when laying down. so I put my luggage in front off it. also I keep having to turn the hot water on for shower it keeps turning off

There is a foul smell coming through the drain, in the bathroom. We kept tbe exhaust going all the time.

Oct 2022The host is very kind understanding. I was allowed for early check in and late check out withour extra fee in accordance with my flight time. She replies promptly when I sent messages. My requirements are quickly solved if it is in her hand.
The most interesting thing is the location. It is very convenient. It takes about 5-7 minutes by walk to shopping malls (Green Belt, HallMark...), banks, museum.... It is safe place with fresh air.
The equipment in the room is rather old so their operation is not as good as my expectation but in fact, it is acceptable.
Away from the city noises,

-the only TV channels were local channels. CNN Philippines was the only English channel, which is frustrating for non-locals.

we had a great time and safe stay at Mosaic Tower and appreciate the helpful staff.
Jul 2021location was good in relation to the greenbelt and shopping, the bathroom was clean, bed was comfortable, no back issues in the morning👍 Hotel staff and security were polite and very helpful acquiring the essentials to survive during a week of rain, in Manila.
we have stayed in numerous hotels and b&b’s in our travels of the same size stated, this unit seemed undersize. the towels were worn with holes in them but clean and dried well, no breakfast included.

Lighting in bathroom is rather dim, needs a light over the sink.

the aircon was right at the head of the bed making it difficult to sleep. the bed should be repositioned away from the aircon. the shower did not drain very well. there should also be additional towels and face cloths provided.
