Apartment in Amdar Residence

Very clean and comfortable. Landlord is very responsive and thoughtful.

A bit far to walk, but 5minutes ride anywhere in Eilat.

The apartment is spacious and very well equipped. The Residence has a pool, a spa and fitness area, parking and a supermarket just around the corner. It is a short Walk to the promenade and beaches. Especially the kindness of our hosts made this stay memorable. they were super helpful, friendly and welcoming!

Spacious apartment, nice and clean, good location, and great view of red sea. Supermarket is around the corner, and place is fairly easy to find. Has a nice looking pool, but was too cold to swim.

Worn out furniture in living room and complicated check-in process. They do not accept credit cards, asked that we transfer half the payment up front and not through booking, Unnecessary cleaning fee and deposit (owner should pay to clean his own apartment or include it in the daily rate) and way too much security for the building - Locked gate, guard at building entrance, and you need to use a chip to go up in the elevator. Also, wasn't told in advance but we were not allowed to grill food on Friday-Saturday as there were many religious people in the building.

One room was separated by a glass wall from the living room (noisy if someone is watching TV). The terrace is very mall.

Big and comfortable.

TV got stuck again and again. Mats were missing in bathrooms. No keys provided for bathroom doors.
