Very central and professional

Sauna was not working, even though I booked the times

The unit is hotel like and clean, complete with amenities ( toiletries , slippers , robes and lots of towels, etc)Near restaurants/groceries , actually an elevator that connects to the mall parking, and a nearby 24 hour coffeeshop. It works for me because my preferences are lower floors , near elevators and exit. Building staff were very efficient, no hassle check in/out. Easy communication with the host.

The only good thing about the facility is the front desk and security. They were very friendly and listened to my problems. The host did not even respond to calls.

Cockroaches all over the floor and bed when i opened the door. Imagine the shock, expecting a proper place to stay for a week. Old wallpapers, dusty sofas, and curtains filled with bugs. Not even a working wifi...had to use data roaming (which is expensive) and bother my friends to help me get out of that place. Not even proper amenities as shown the pics. Host did not answer my calls and ignored my complaints via message for the whole day. Felt scammed and ruined my whole expectations for the trip.

Lovely apartment and great location

Venice is great with everything you need right at your doorstep. Market Market and central BGC just a few minutes away.

It looks exactly as pictured. Truly a luxury suite.
