The room was clean, very comfortable and the staff was amazing. One thing that I enjoyed very much was the shower. After a long day out, coming back to the room and hit the shower was the best feeling ever! the water temperature and pressure was just perfect. The bed comfort cannot be beat! I took the advantage to use the gym. The gym are well maintained and all equipment are in good condition. The buffet breakfast served local and international cuisine, it’s not much but enjoyable. This is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway. Walkable to the nearest malls and cafes surrounding the hotel. Excellent property and very convenient to get around. Overall, I had a great experience with the Ascott BGC, staff was incredibly helpful and the amenities were great. The room was clean, comfortable and a perfect place to have any celebration.

- The location. Very short walking distance to good restaurants. - The suites were very spacious and well-appointed.

The buffet breakfast was underwhelming. The omelets were cooked upon ordering but were very bland. The cold cuts, especially the salami, were also tasteless.

The facilities are top notch and the customer service is amazing. It was as great as the first time I stayed here. I appreciate the effort and attention to detail and they made sure the birthday we were celebrating during our stay was a good one.

STAFF - All of them were very helpful, friendly and respectful. No issues with any of them! Thank you guys, keep up the great work! LOCATION – located in BGC area so it’s close to the airport. Plenty of cafes, shops, pharmacies, bank/atm, restaurants, salons & spa within walking distance. (Malls near by: SM Aura, Market-Market, Bonifacio High street) There’s no metro in this area but uber, taxi and private cars are available. They have free parking for guests too. It’s in a fancier side of town so you won’t worry much about security. POOL – 1 big pool and a kiddie pool. Clean and outdoor furniture well maintained. BREAKFAST – good selection, they change the main dishes every day. ROOM - generous space with modern fixtures. I loved the shower & bath tub! Very comfy beds. We're very happy with the amenities inside the room. It was well equipped. The kitchenette has all the basics you'll need. Water is well supplied. They provided dish soap & sponge, washer/dryer was efficient and provided free laundry soap. 😊

ROOM - we found a cockroach. They didn't offer any compensation for that. - they charged us for a local call to an outside number which was odd for us since in the UAE most of the hotels wont charge you for that. So basically that phone is just an intercom? 😊 SPA – I called the reception to inquire if there was an available slot for an hour massage and she said she’ll get back to me. Next thing I know the lady was in front our door. I think she misunderstood and sent the lady to our room instead. However, I wanted to check out their spa facilities so I asked the lady if we can just go down and meet her there. So I went down and the gym receptionist guided me to the “Spa room” which looked like a regular hotel room. We waited in front of the door for a good 3 to 4 minutes wondering why they’re not opening the door. When they opened, there were about 5 ladies inside and it smelled like food, stuff were everywhere and they weren’t prepared. I waited there patiently while they sort out the music. It wasn’t a relaxing experience I was expecting from a hotel that charged that much so I just cancelled the treatment. I hope they can sort that out.

The floor's drainage in the toilet is too far that there's always a tendency of flooding water in the toilet but overall stay was great. Thanks to the excellent service from staff.
