Feb 2020When we walked in the first thing we noticed was that the condo looked steril, no pics on the walls, the pleather on the couch and love seat were peeling and wore out. Then going to bed was an experience, bedding old and worn out, cheapest box springs and mattresses, with plastic underneath, every time we moved we thought we would fall through. There were plenty of beds to chose from, it definitely looks like a “party condo” Murphy bed in the kitchen dining room area, that’s broken, guest room had 3 beds. The condo was clean, the patio was huge, can see the London bridge over the roof tops. We stay in these Condos about 100 nights a year, this was our first time renting this specific unit so was a bit suprised to not have the same quality as others. Location is great we were able to walk to our event so that was nice.

Jul 2021We were visiting Lake Havasu for a family reunion and this condo was perfect for our needs. Would absolutely stay here again. The host was easy to contact and had great local recommendations. The property and condo were very clean and in good repair. Excellent access to Bridgewater Channel made it easy for boat pickups and drop offs or to just lounge on the beach. The large patio was great. As other reviews mentioned the primary view from the patio is the roof of the other condos, but there is still an awesome view of London Bridge and the channel underneath it and we enjoyed drinking coffee and watching boats go through the channel.
Everyone in our group commented on how comfortable an supportive the beds were (the only one we didn’t use was the top bunk) and the furniture was comfortable and looked nice. 2 people in my group had major back surgeries within the last couple years and both gave an A+ for mattress comfort and didn’t wake with any back pain.
We brought our Seadoos and there was plenty of boat parking during the week, but the boat spots have signage that state they’re reserved for boats/No PWC trailers so if you have PWC’s you might have to back your trailer into a regular parking space and unhitch. However there was ample parking and it wasn’t an issue for us.
Other random tips:
-If you use the hanging coffee cups, set the Keurig to 8 oz. (max).
-Washer and dryer are very convenient and work great, but plan for about 1-1.25 hours for clothes to fully dry. The dryer will periodically auto tumble clothes to prevent wrinkles after the cycle finishes, which is nice.
-Gates to the beach lock behind you when you exit. There was almost always one propped open but plan accordingly in case there isn’t. I’m assuming the pool key might open these but never tested it. You can always walk around to the front and use the keypad to get back in if necessary.
We loved this place and will be back, thanks for a great stay!

Aug 2022We really enjoyed staying at this condo with easy access to the private beach and short walk to the London Bridge shops. We rented Jets Skis and a boat and mentioned Y.L. From Kingsview sent us and received a discount! You don’t need to take anything with you but your food! The condo has everything you need! We can’t wait to return next year for our annual Havasu trip. Thank you Y.L.! We absolutely loved it!

Sep 2021We really enjoyed staying at this condo! It was very spacious, clean, and perfect location! The London Bridge was about 1/4 mile walk, and there were many local restaurants/bars within walking distance as well. I hope to stay here again!

Aug 2022We loved this condo! It's a great location and we will definitely be back. Owner was responsive and condo had everything we needed. We were able to walk to restaurants to eat dinner. We had our boat and rented a slip at the London Bridge Marina. Lots of other owners just beached their boats in front of the condos. Unit has a bbq grill, traeger grill and kuerig coffee maker. It's fully stocked with board games too. It's a great unit....we will be back!

Jul 2021We had a very nice time. Pleasantly surprised that the condo looks better in person than in photos. Location is perfect right by the lake and we were able to walk out late in the evening for a night dip.

Sep 2022This condo was perfectly located near everything we needed or wanted. Within minutes to beach. Minutes to the best restaurants and walking distance to local shops to buy souvenirs or whatever you want. Covered parking so your auto isn’t baking in the sun!
Very comfortable and nice covered porch to sit and watch the sunset.

Also, the sunset views were stunning. There are a ton of restaurants and shopping within a short walking distance. There is a lot of space in the condo and on the back patio. We could all be in the main area and still talk but not be on top of each other. We tried the Italian restaurant Angelina's and it was AMAZING! Fantastic service and some of the best Italian food we have ever had.
