Very clean and comfortable to stay.

Apartment is in good location but needs upgrading.

-The bed is a bit uncomfortable.
-Limited cooking utensils. No saucepan and electric kettle. We have to boil water for coffee from electric stovetop.
-The building is smelly..Lack of proper fresh air ventilation

Jan 2023Our home away from home. Our stay in Manila was made better because we were able to rest comfortably in this condo. Truly remarkable and the condo had complete facilities. The condo was just walking distance to MOA and cheap transpo such as bus, jeep, or tricycle are readily available nearby. Will surely stay here again the next time we are in Manila 😊

Nov 2019I like that it’s very near to where I have to attend for an event - SMX MoA but unfortunately the last 2 days of my stay were booked so I need to transfer.
Overall I like the room - it’s relaxing, location, lobby and the security of the place.
The bidet/spray needs to be repaired coz it’s leaking.
