The welcome that Imran gave us. The apartment was clean and the central location.

The view of heart of KL City especially in the night.

Hidden charges such as 1) Cleanliness RM100. 2) Parking at other premis at other building RM16/day or RM4/hour which we had to bring down all of our stuffs & transfered to the renting apartment at other building. It was really troublesome. 3) Swimming RM20/head/day which did not really communicated via WA with customer service. Actually it was no harm for customer service to remind since we were communicated to each other, other than expected customer to read all the hidden rules & regulation. Tax & service charges were also expensive RM100 plus. End up we had been paid almost RM500. Customer service Mr Imran also not friendly & quite rude during explanation which we had asked question as we do not want to forget our doubts but he stopped us by saying 'let me finish 1st' & everything had mentioned in booking.com which it was really shocking us. It seems he did not want to commincate further as supposedly customer service must ensure we as customer understand clearly & satisfied with all the rules & extra cost incur before proceed to pay & stay. How can customer service intertain & said such kind of statement to customer? Our intention brought up our family spent for weekends & PH in KL, stayed at Vortex was to release our work tension, spent valuable time together by enjoying the KL scene especially in the night, fullfill the childs desire to have swimm in the pool but end up, it was really dispointed. The great name of building, situated in the heart of KL, managed by the luxury agent (Luxury Suites Asia) not as great as the services & facilities provided. Are you guys bussines for short terms or long terms? Guys, you should think the customer welfare 1st before you think of extra money & profit. This was not healthy for your long terms bussines's future. I tell you now. Please improve!!!

The room is facing KLCC, the view is good.

The room is not clean. I found a lot of used tissues hidden in the lamp and under the bed, and a few cockcroaches on the floor. This is so disgusting.

The property was strategic at heart of KL town

It was not spacious as shown in the pictures. The house was not clean when we arrived. we had to mop by ourselves to make our stay comfortable.

the property was clean and facilities were functioning well

the unit was on a lower zone so the view was not as nice as units on higher zone. the furnishing were also quite minimal. the television was also not a smart tv in comparison to other units. one of the toilet doors could not close properly

The host was very helpful, polite & well communicated. Full 10 star for you. Collecting the apartments excess card was very easy and convenient. Huge parking space. This stay was my best experience ever. Totally satisfied and my friends were very happy during the stay.

The apartment had an incredible view and is spacious when travelling in a bigger group.

Being that it’s organised through the owner communication was hard. This was a case of our transport and knowing we’d get in late/last minute delays. Whilst it was annoying for us it’s a great place to stay if arriving early/have good means of communication.

strategic location, easy access, attractive view of a wide area and complete facilities.. very like it😍

maybe there are residents nearby who make noise until late at night.

photo and actual room totally different. toilet so poor. water spill out from the bathroom to outside the door causing flooded in living area..
