Jan 2023The facilities are great and perfect for a family travel. Be careful to check the check-in instructions by email.I will definitely choose to stay again next time.
The balcony is dusty and may have forgotten to clean it, but it does not affect the use. The instructions in the room hope to be more, such as the bathroom floor mats are difficult to find.
Spacious and clean room. Location is good for shopping, dining and transportation.
Feb 2023Room is very spacious and clean. Location is very good and convenient. It’s close to both Haves and Kohyo supermarket which are favorites for us. Walking to train and bus station also takes short time, just 5-minute walk to Osaka Uehonmachi trang/bus station or Tanimachi 9-chome station. I also like the location where my wife and I can have morning jogging and running to Osaka castle😄. Overall it’s worth for money staying here.
Room is not sound-proof. We heard someone talking at night but it’s not big deal.

Oct 2020Really spacious, clean, comfortable and even pretty apartment. There's everything you could possibly need, including kitchenware, detergent and pegs to put your laundry up. Checking in and out is super easy and the location couldn't be better. Also, I had a question/request about my booking and they were really nice and efficient dealing with it. Very, very nice place - do book.

Location and good host if you want to stay here
Jan 2023Location. The metro is 5 mins walk and JR station is also 5 mins. The owner was attentive and swift action taken when requested. The room was clean and spacious which is bigger than normal hotel room in Japan. The check in was easy with self check in system and check out is a breeze too.
