May 2022We had a wonderful Mother's Day weekend getaway...totally recharged! Perfect beach location. Have to be careful crossing the street (blind curve to the left) but drivers seem to be very considerate of pedestrians. We had no problems crossing. Our apartment was comfortable and restful, loved having the separate bedroom. There is a second floor sundeck for watching the sunset or just hanging out. Great beachfront restaurant about 3/4 of a mile south, Gulf Drive Cafe, and another beachfront one, Beach House Restaurant, a little past there. There is also a free Island Trolley for additional shops and restaurants. We loved our walks and overall, a fantastic stay! Weiterlesen

Nov 2019This was our first time staying here and we will definitely be back! The price was affordable considering its proximity to the beach and trolley stops. The room had everything we needed, all in perfect working condition! The staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint/concern is that there is no crosswalk at this location to cross the road for the beach. Having a small child and a cart full of beach necessities, this was difficult and worrisome since the property is located at the bend so it’s hard to see cars coming. Hopefully this concern has already been raised and the city can make that area safer to cross. With that be said, I still recommend staying here! Weiterlesen

Feb 2020This was a nice place to stay. The condo was clean and check in was easy. We love to travel and we choose rentals over hotels when ever possible. The bedroom was in the rear of the one story condo. The only heads up is that it’s 15 feet off the busy road and sidewalk. You have privacy but you’ll not be able to sleep with windows open. They over occupied their rooms, their children ran wild, the salsa music was loud and endless. The tables facing the parking lot were turned into an open bar. Perfect central location on AMI and literally a stones throw across the street to the beach. The unit was well appointed and big enough for my family of 4 to be very comfortable for our 2 night stay. Super close to the grocery, pharmacy and some solid restaurants within a short walk or even quicker trolley ride or drive. Even though the location sits on a "busy" road it feels very quiet and we didn't have any issues with noise. May 2022Enjoyable and was perfect except for drain flys. They were coming out of all the drains: kitchen and bathrooms. We had to go to the store and get bleach for the drains. They lay their eggs in the build-up scum in the drains. They hate bleach. They land on your food and drinks spreading diseases. My wife and I both had diarrhea before leaving. Feb 2021Encountered AC not being functional. Property management was terrific in responding to ensure satisfaction. The property was functional. Exterior was attractive comfortable and safe. Units were nice and extremely clean. Best bet is to stay on the second floor to ensure quiet. Beach chairs available. Beach is across the street not a bad walk. Located in the less traffic congested part of the island and that's a good thing. A huge shout out to the property managers they are terrific. Weiterlesen

Aug 2020Blinds wouldn’t close, freezer leaked into refrigerator, shower leaked all over onto floor, tv volume broken in bedroom tv. I would not stay here again. Great location but there are other places to stay that are nicer. When I mentioned all these to front desk at checkout, all they said was sorry. Weiterlesen
