Feb 2022We love how it was clean and sufficient for us to stay, rest and chill after a long day outside.
The elevator quite challenging to use of. It kept on stopping on every level and hard for certain part especially when we need to move our luggages.

Need to wait for a while for the lift especially if a lot of people using it.

Feb 2022very spacious hall and bedrooms, got many beds suitable for whole family 7-8 pax, towels provided for each room, clean room
hard to park the car...need to exchange lift, the car park space very very small for big car we had an accident there, only provided one key or access card so cannot go down if other people already go out very inconvenient :(

Hope there was a lobby counter to deal with the owner . easy for us to get the key.

Jan 2022Very good location though abit confusing if there was no clear instructions from the staff. It's safe and and convenient too.
Rather dirty as we found long hair around the sofa, the table and fridge top had some sticky spots and rather dusty. Was only given a roll of tissue. Even had a cockroach friend welcoming us twice.

May 2022very convenient for large group of family. host has been very helpful ( joshua ). location is great. excellent service by the host. looking forward for my next stay. tqvm! 😊
even better ( an upgrade i must say ) if somehow trolley was provided by host since we have so many bags. so quite a hassle la to bring up all those things up & down few times.

During my stay there, the lift is not functional and need to go at other loft to get to parking lot..and when going up i need to get employee card to get to desires floor from parking lot when using the lift at the another loft..it's really troublesome when there is no staf around and have alot of item on hand..

the lift not function when we want to checkout. only Lift Bomba got to carpack level.
the swimming pool is closed even after raining.
swimming pool need to wear proper attire; swimming attire. this is not hotel, so need proper attire to use the facilities. Kids very dissapointed.
We think for swimming pool do and dont’s, need to proper advertise this rule since not all hotels&stay impose this strict rule.

The house is very dusty. Cannot bear foot, need to wear your slippers in the house. The toilet bowl also faulty...

There were 2 restrooms but only 1 had a shower.
The toilet floor is not aligned so there was always a puddle spot.
There were nymphs in the kitchen
the 3room apartment is good，but another one not in a good condition

the balcony door was unable to lock，very unsafe，
some floor ceramic tile is broken or have noise when you step on it，
if drive a bigger car，like urvan，they didn't have free parking for you，and neither find a cheapest option for you.

The bed in the master bedroom was not comfy at all. it suppose to be queen or king bed since it was a master bedroom, but the room’s bed is two single bed join together. even the mattress are not the sama heigt makes it hard to sleep

Nov 2022Spacious rooms, good water pressure and basic amenities provided. Our unit is located at Loft B which is next to Imago entrance with 7E juz at the corner of the lobby. Very easy check-in and check-out procedure with Bella. Walking distance to Anjung Senja and waterfront.
The taxes and charges are a bit higher (nearly double) than the standard 10% rate for other units/operators.

May 2022The lift was already designated for certain floors therefore to go to the parking lot on level 2, one need to wait almost 30 minutes during peak hours. We solve the wait by going to the ground floor and took two flights of stairs up to the parking on level 2.
