Der Wohnbereich verfügt über einen großen Fernseher mit Comcast-Kabel. Wi-Fi ist ebenfalls enthalten. Aus dem Fenster können Sie den Pool sehen, der leicht von Palmen und Büschen am Pool verdeckt ist. Mar 2021We wanted somewhere inexpensive. Nice little condo for the three of us. Dont think I would want to have any more people than that.Only thing we didnt know is the washer/dryer is not in the condo. Its in the grounds. It was close by though. Bit of a pain as had to her quarters and only two washers and two dryers so had to keep going over to try and snag on.Lovely and close to beach

May 2019We really enjoyed our stay here. It had everything you needed for a nice stay at the beach! The coffee maker and hair dryer were handy! The kitchen was well equipped with anything you needed. The place was really and neat! Bedrooms are small but have plenary of storage in closet for suitcases! Linens on bed were nice! The size of the condo was perfect for our family of 4. We travelled with 2 small kids (8 and 5). They really enjoyed the pool! The grounds were well maintained! The condo was exactly as advertised! It’s within walking distance to the beach and local entertainment and stores! And the beach chairs that were provided really came in handy also!
Overall it’s a great place to stay! Beth, the owner was awesome to work with! I highly recommend this place! We will be returning!

May 2020We had a wonderful last-minute stay at this property! Very affordable for the location and extremely clean. The complex itself is an older building but everything has been renovated inside. It is about a 3-5 minute walk to public beach access, shopping and restaurants. There is a grocery store, gas station, golf cart rental, and other amenities also very close by. There is also a small, but adequate pool on the property that unfortunately was closed per governor's order (due to COVID-19) but is set to reopen soon. Communication with the property manager was swift and she was very helpful. We stayed on the 2nd floor which I recommend if you can handle stairs. Due to the older nature of the building, I imagine it could get noisy with people walking above you. IOP has a 10 pm noise ordinance, so if you like to stay up late and party, probably not the place or vacation destination for you. Overall great location for families, couples, or a small group of friends. Highly recommend!

Apr 2021This was our visit to IOP and we found this to be a great place to stay for our 6 day trip. Very close to shops, restaurants and - most importantly - the beach. The place was just the right size for our family (kids aged 5 and 7, our dog, and 2 adults) and the property had everything we needed for our stay. Actually, it had even more than we were expecting! We didn’t need to use our own supply of TP, garbage bags, cooking spray, or dish soap because there were plenty available. The property manager Beth was super friendly and helpful, and provided excellent pre-arrival instructions. We would stay here again if we find ourselves back in IOP.

Jun 2019This property is in a great location and my car did not leave the parking lot but one time to visit Charleston. The condo was perfect for myself, two kids, and our dog. It had everything we needed from paper products, dishes, beach chairs, and games etc. I met Beth one time during our trip and she was very nice. The pool was perfect after our day at the beach. If I am coming back to Isle of Palms I will def stay here.

Aug 2021This place was SO great. A 5 minute (usually less) walk from everything you could possibly need including the beach, pool, grocery, gas, coffee, amazing seafood/pizza/ice cream. The condo itself was adorable, clean and just the right size for me, my two kids and their grandmother. It has literally everything included in the property except food but the kitchen was very well stocked. Our unit didn’t have a dishwasher which was my only criticism because when you have little kids you blow through some dishes—but that was such a small sacrifice for everything else contained within the experience. They provided toys/games/books and even had a small collection of community beach and pool toys provided. The little beach cart that was provided was a huge convenience and there is even a little sand rinsing station next to the pool gate which we made use of multiple times daily. I can’t tell you how much we loved our stay and will be back! Communication with Beth the property manager was crystal clear and she was readily accessible at all times for any needs.

May 2019The property was easy to find and was in a great location. Very close to the beach and walking distance to some great restaurants. The property was very clean and stocked with what we needed to cook some meals. We also used the outdoor grill and corn hole boards!! We loved being able to bring our dog as well! Would recommend this property to anyone and we would love to come back and stay again!

Jul 2020The condo was exactly as advertised, and a short block from the beach. Ms Crunelle was great with communication, even calling me once to answer some questions I had about the area’s response to covid-19. The place was also quiet, which we appreciated. We will return!

You could easily park here and not leave which (I imagine) would be a benefit during a busy season. We were there on the off season so it wasn’t an issue. The steps in the unit were not an issue for us and the living room is nice, bright, and airy. I will say, the porch view is not desirable, but the property is very well maintained and a nice view exists on the other side of the property.I would return… the sunrise views from the beach are awesome.

I will say, the porch view is not desirable, but the property is very well maintained and a nice view exists on the other side of the property.

Jun 2020My parents, my three children, and I stayed in this property. It was perfect. The location is close to the beach and within walking distance to many great places to eat and shop. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The pool was a very short walk from the room and the kids loved it. I would highly recommend.

Apr 2019Family of 4 stayed for a week and were pleasantly surprised by the beach gear available for our use (along with plenty of other household items). The condo had plenty of room for us and was located across the street from the public safety facilities (fire and police). A 3-minute walk to the beach, about 2 blocks away from the shore. The property manager was very attentive and made recommendations on local things to do. A very relaxing vacation and we would definitely re-book if going back to the Charleston area.
