Die 1100 qm 2 Schlafzimmer-Wohnung verfügt über gemütliche Wohnzimmer, 2 Bäder, Küche mit allen neuen Geräten ein Innenwirtschaftsraum und hat Keramikfliesen überall. Alles neu eingerichtet. Das Gerät wurde frisch gestrichen, hat einen neuen Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine und Trockner, Geschirrspüler, Herd und Heizung. Neues zentrales Kühl- und Heizsystem. Mar 2019We were disappointed in this unit. Based on the pictures we thought the balcony had a much clearer view of the ocean, however, the balcony overlooked another property with renters who were often loud late into the night. The mattresses were worn down, as well as the couch, so I would recommend the owner upgrade with newer furniture.. With the master bath shower out of commission (which we found out days before our departure and given a small refund for the inconvenience) the second bathroom was also in sad shape, with mold on the ceiling and rusted light fixtures. The second bathroom had two night stands stacked on top of each other to serve as a taller dresser/tv stand. This made me nervous as I was afraid one of the kids would knock it over. The swimming pool was quite small, which we never used because it was continuously filled with families with small children.

Aug 2018We really enjoyed our stay this week. Perfect size condo for our family. Stocked with everything you need for the beach! Some great places to eat within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again when we visit next time. Andre was very reaponsive and loved our stay!

Jun 2021We really enjoyed our stay at Hamilton House #207. Very clean unit. The beach access is great, just walk right past the pool. The beach was great and never very crowded. Great location within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Overall great trip.

Jul 2019We love Indian Rocks Beach a d this location right on the beach. Everything was provided was very clean. The mattress in both bedrooms need to be replaced. Lots of restaurants near by walking distance. A wonderful Cafe de Paris down the street a wonderful bakery and cafe!

Jun 2018This was our second year staying at Hamilton House. We stayed in a different unit last year. The condo was clean and well maintained. The beds weren't comfortable but we're use to sleeping on a sleep number bed so nothing compares. Check in and out was simple. It would be nice if the unit had a keypad on the door. The previous condo we stayed at had this and it saved the fear of losing your key at the beach. There was an issue with many of the dishes being dirty when we arrived. I assume this was up to housekeeping to check on and it was missed. Overall I would recommened this condo and we will be back to Hamilton House next year.

Apr 2021This was our first visit to IRB. The location of this property was great. Very easy access to the beach. The pictures of the unit are accurate. However, I felt the unit is very dated. The living room furniture is worn, patio furniture worn and rusty, refrigerator dispenser leaked and didn't make ice. We also had a problem with many dirty dishes and utensils. Pool was nice, but filled with screaming children from dawn to dusk. Issues with the elevator stopping between floors for us and other guests of the building. Felt safer using the stairwell.

Our condo was on the side of the building with partial obstructed view of the ocean but that was fine for us. The condo was clean and secure. The garbage chutes on each floor was so great to not have to carry bags of trash to ground floor. Owner communicated all directions and requirements clearly in email. Our checkin process was simply to walk into the room. Fantastic! Would recommend and come back and stay ourselves.

This was a side unit so you could only see a small part of the beach, but we knew that prior to renting the unit. The unit was clean but could use more drawer storage in both bedrooms. There was no chest or dresser in the guest bedroom but there was a work desk. The main negative comment is that we had little control over the HVAC. If you wanted to change from heat to air, you had to contact Andre who was very responsive but in February the weather was constantly changing so a little inconvenient. This would not be a problem in the summer. There are 4 restaurants across the street within walking distance.

Jun 2019This property was just steps from the beach. The beach was great, the water was wonderful and the sunsets amazing!
The unit was as described. Plenty of room for 4 to be comfortable. It was clean with towels and chairs available for the beach.
Using the trolley system is a great plus for sightseeing and shopping.
Wonderful places to eat nearby!
My only suggestions would be perhaps a lockbox on the unit to obtain and leave keys. The check- in office is a few miles away which makes it inconvenient when not renting a car.
The other suggestion would be perhaps a Crock-Pot for those who truly take advantage of the kitchen. It would be so nice to throw something in in the morning for after a long day at the beach.
Neither of these suggestions take away from staying here. I would definitely return.

Jun 2022This condo was very nice with several food places within walking distance. That was a huge plus for us! I loved the view from the balcony with palm trees all around and I even found that while sitting on the bed in the master bedroom, if the blinds were open I could get a reflection of the gulf in the mirror on the wall. I enjoyed that. Chairs and umbrella were available to use. I don’t have any complaints about staying here, we enjoyed our time.

Jul 2019This condo is very comfortable and steps to the beach. The patio is a wonderful asset. You can see and hear the waves even though it is a side view. Andre is so quick to react to any questions you have. Be aware that you will be asked to provide a credit card (possibly a debit card may work) to have on file when you check in. Great places to eat close by.

Kitchen was very good, equipped with everything you need to cook if you wish to do so. There are plenty of restaurants very close to the condo. The balcony was great! That was probably our favorite part of the condo. My only complaint was that the bar across the street had a super loud band/karaoke night a few times. I have small children that couldn’t fall asleep or stay asleep during those nights, that’s definitely something to take into consideration if you have kids or like to go to bed early. The beach was steps away from the condo! My kids absolutely loved it, we didn’t use the pool since the beach was right there. Be aware of the Red Tide though, this was our first experience with that and it definitely caused some discomfort and a trip to immediate care. Overall, a great stay, very nice condo and Andre was awesome and very responsive!

The gulf view from the balcony is limited and is described as such on this site. We are not balcony sitters so, the view was not significant. Overall, a great week.
