Feb 2018We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was great for us and the dog! There was also a dog park only a block or so away. Only steps away from the beach, as advertised.

Dec 2020We originally made a reservation for this property for my myself, my husband, daughter, son-in- law and two grandsons to visit my husbands 92 year old mother who lives in the area. Due to COVID/work restrictions only my husband and I were able to go. All communications, from initial reservations, change in reservations due to flight cancellations up to check out were great.The unit is very nicely laid out with a slightly bigger kitchen than we’ve ever had in a rental in Coca Beach. It is decorated beautifully and everything was spotless when we arrived. Perhaps it was due to the time of year and COVID but we found this area to be quieter than others in Cocoa Beach which was perfect for us.Once COVID is under control we hope to bring the rest of the family as having a pool and private access to the beach would be perfect for the kids (the older and younger ones)!Great property and we highly recommend.

Jul 2022We loved everything about our stay at Sandcastles, can't beat the easy access to the beach and pool, condo is spacious and clean. We have stayed at a few similar locations in Cocoa Beach, ,this property is our favorite.

Apr 2019Very comfy, cozy and relaxing. Loved being on the ground floor and so close to the beach and pool. Great location. Lots of restaurants/bars nearby within walking distance. Kitchen was lacking a little. Pots and pans were scarce and handles were broken and the silverware reminded me of a school cafeteria. Also we really could have used more towels. There were 6 of us and only 6 towels so I did quite a bit of laundry. Other than that it was nice.

Oct 2016This was our second stay and we loved it! We plan to go back in the Spring. The condos are clean and you walk out the door and the ocean is right there. The condos are homey feeling and we would stay there forever if we could! But we had to go home. (sigh). We will be back!!

Only one issue during our stay with getting the door locked with the automatic door locks (user error) but called and was quickly answered and resolved! Was able to relax and enjoy ourselves more than we expected! Thanks so much!!

Jul 2021This unit has everything needed for a beach stay. Location was great to beach, pool, Publix, shopping, restaurants, and a short walk to ice cream shop. Nice finishes and furniture. Extremely clean and best communication with owners I have experienced. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Jan 2020This condo was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 small children. We had room to spare. The bunk beds were a hit, the master is super spacious, and the kitchen is clean and stocked with everything you’d need. Only steps from the sand. Would love to book agai next year!

Sep 2016This condo is very nice, everything works, just as advertised. Close to the pool and beach and don't have to use the elevator. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms are spacious. The sand castles complex is a very nice place,, we have been staying here each year for the past 6 years. The owner( Dean) is very easy to work with and communicate with.

Jun 2018There were 6 of us that stayed and all 6 had different things to say. I loved the closeness to the beach, it was seriously less than 20 yards to the sand. My two kids loved the pool which was less than 10 yards from the front door. My wife and SIL loved the decor, the beach theme fit our vacation perfectly and enhanced an already awesome expierience. My BIL loved the beach fishing, he caught multiple fish and even a couple of sharks at night! I can’t wait to rebook for our vacation next year!

Jul 2017Large condo was plenty big enough for my family and our sweet little dog. The only thing missing was a direct view of the ocean. We had a great time. The beach was absolutely beautiful. Our dog Rudy loved it and being on the ground floor was super convenient for us and him. We will definitely stay here again if the mattress in the master bedroom gets replaced. It's quite worn out and not very comfortable.

Jun 2020Great place in a quieter place on the beach. Dean was great to deal with and was very responsive to requests. The bed spring in the master was very squeaky and Dean had his team there to replace it the next day. Top notch service! I will definitely stay here again.

Dec 2022Greatly enjoyed our stay! Great condo with plenty of room and necessities for a family. The pack n play available was extra appreciated as we were traveling with our young children. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. The location of the unit to the beach and pool was so convenient! We would definitely recommend this unit to family and friends! Only things I would say could make an even better impact on guests would be an upgrade in bedding.
