Aug 2021When we first entered there was sand on the floor still. When we tried to wash and dry our laundry in the washer it left them with a horrible smell and the dryer could only dry two towels at a time (very time consuming!) The sink faucet is broken and shoot water everywhere making it hard to wash our dishes. And the dishwasher was unusable because when we tried to use it water started leaking from it. Also there was no toilet paper and no hand soap like listed in the online advertisement. Beautiful view but will not be staying here again.

Oct 2021Unfortunately you have to bring everything from your own home from paper towels and and toilet paper you’re also expected to clean before you leave. I hate to say this but the bed skirt on the master bed had dirt and black scuffs all the way around the bed. We immediately took it of and left it in the washer and began searching for bed bugs. It was a nice roomy condo but their cleanliness and list of items that we had to provide on our own (mind you almost $1k for 6 nights and out on the seventh day and had to clean the room before we left!! I’m sorry but at spacious and nice it really irritated my husband and I to have to bring dish liquid, dishwasher pod, bath cleaner , the day before we arrived we had to go get cleaning supplies. And lastly no one came to see if we needed clean towels. I’m guessing that it was because WE had to wash all items and clean the room. It was a disrespectful service as a paying patron.

Aug 2019Trip was fun, however, the room wasn’t really clean.. Stuff was dusty and found old coffee cup under one bed. Kind of felt $1,600 was kind of expensive for the condo. A lot of stuff needed updated or fixed.

Aug 2021This 3rd floor unit has a good view of the ocean and pool area. Located near the entrance to Fort Pickens National Park. Secluded and quiet with easy beach access. Living room has new furniture and bedrooms are good size with comfortable beds! Kitchen is a bit dated and worn But, all the appliances work. Has Washer and Dryer in unit. This was a work trip for 4 adults. will definitely stay again

Mar 2019The condo had lots of room and a is in pretty good condition but needs some upgrades . There were a few fixtures that needed work on them but it was equipped with everything we needed . The people in the building were friendly and we felt very safe here. It was like living home but much nicer weather !!

The rental agency is very good as usual but the apartment is a dump. It’s a disgrace to ask for this kind of money, a scam and a shame. Very old and very dirty. All appliances are crumbling, the AC so noisy, the shower too, the water pressure uncontrollable. The only decent thing is the fridge.

Condo was as described. It was clean. Condo in need of major updates in bathrooms especially. Problems responded to very quickly by manager. Windows and doors had no working screens to open windows for cool breezes vs running ac. Although it served our basic needs and management was responsive and professional I would not rent this unit again.

We had a great time! I love the pool at Tristan Towers! However, the king bed sheets on the king bed did not fit well. No fitted sheet. Supplies normally provided, were not. Some dishes was not clean.

This location was very close to the beech. The swimming pool was clean, warm, and large. Beautiful view from the balcony. There were enough parking spots. Easy door access with codes, you don’t have to carry a key which you can lose.

The rental was nice. The Condo is on the west side of the island and is the quieter side if you want to call it that. We enjoyed being away from all the traffic and people. Everything worked good and was clean. Pensacola Beach Properties were friendly to work with. We would stay here again and recommend this place. We went fishing with Entertainer Charters, excellent people!! Also went to Fort Pickens, the Light House and the Air Museum. Plenty of great restaurants to choose from. This is our 3rd time at Pensacola Beach and we have not ate at a bad place yet.

We had a great time. Super easy check-in and check-out with great advice from the guys at the property management office. The condo was a quick walk across the street to the beach. Easy walk down to Tom Thumb market, too. The kitchen was fully supplied with cookware/dishes, and we were able to cook and serve all our own meals easily for a group of five. The price was nice - it seemed like a great deal considering the location. There was minor renovation happening in the building that was not at all disruptive. We had wifi except for one day when it was out for unknown reason.

Our stay at Tristan towers was a pleasant one, the location was great and relaxing. Great location if you are looking for a laid back quiet atmosphere that is close to the beach. Condo was nice,clean and well stocked. Bathroom fan in master didn't work and no replacement light bulbs were available but overall great comfortable place!

It was a nice location, gated parking and plenty of room. There were a few things that needed to be updated, such as the internet options. Wifi was not available to us the entire stay and nothing was said about needing a hard wire to connect our devices. There were a few minor things that need to be fixed, such as the torn pillows, a blanket and the one bar chair with a hole in it. But other than that, our stay was very comfy, close to the beach and other activities, like Fort Pickens park with awesome beaches. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and have already!

Condo was clean and comfortable. It was easy to pick up move in package and drop of keys at checkout during off hours. A couple of issues, guest bath and bedroom doors stick and are hard to close. A design flaw,the master bath toilet is doll house size and it's almost impossible to get into the toilet area and close the door without just about having to step in/over the toilet.

The view was of the buildings and the roof tops. The access to the water was the bay and no walkway to get there. My wheelchair had to go through hilly spongy grass. The coffee pot was broken, the sliding glass door was broken, the beds were small and uncomfortable, and the price for that particular place was totally outrageous. We couldn't even find the pool! We should have picked the Emerald Isle again. Property manager did not warn us about any of the noise or view issues. Very unhappy. will be looking for another property management, as we visit Pensacola beach every 4 months. Not giving another penny to Pensacola Beach Properties, if I can help it.

Jul 2019Pensacola Beach Property Management was great to work with. We locked ourselves out of condo on July 4. They had us back in within a very short amount of time. Also had problems with internet and they sent someone to fix within a 30 minute timeframe. Great response to needs!

Jun 2020Overall, our stay was great. The pictures online are exactly what you will get. The beach was a very short walk and the sound where you can swim in a calmer body of water is right out back of the unit. The pool is very large compared to many condo units. The unit is very outdated in terms of the kitchen and bathrooms but they worked just fine.

Jul 2022My wife and I have just become a family of 4 with the addition of our son. One sleepless night my wife said I’d rather do this at the beach. So I jumped on Vrbo and found this unit and it was perfect. Great location. Great price. Gave us everything we needed for our 2 year old, 15 day old, and 2 adults to enjoy a care free (kind of) trip to P Cola!
