Nov 2022We have stayed here twice, it is our preferred vacation spot in California. It is a safe, secure neighborhood and very pet friendly, which is important because we travel with our dog. Very walkable. Marshall and Kimberly are excellent hosts, whenever we need to reach them, they respond quicky.

Dec 2020We could not have picked a more exceptional place to enjoy Coronado! The hosts were absolutely amazing and extremely quick to respond to all of our questions. They made sure we didn't have any issues during our stay and everything was in excellent shape for us. This place has got it all: comfy beds, full kitchen, wine cooler, lots of natural sunlight, and even a curved tv and surround sound system in the living room! I cannot stress how perfect this location is if you want to catch the sunset at the beach or also catch the sunrise with the view of the bay right from the balcony. Would definitely come back!

Oct 2021the lights flicker, the outlets spark, the house smelled of mold and mildew, the appliances are ancient, the washer, dryer, and disposal emitted grinding sounds, the owner was rude to my wife, do not recommend the property despite the location - it is in need of serious rehab!

Jul 2022The Cays did not disappoint. If you enjoy the beach but prefer less hustle and crowds, this is the place to be. Halfway between Coronado and Imperial Beach is so convenient. Owners are very responsive and easy to work with. We would stay again. Mid-month cleaning is a bonus as well.

Oct 2021My wife and I spent the month of October 2021 in Marshall and Kimberly's condo. It was a great experience. The condo was spotlessly clean, nicely renovated and decorated. We loved the location for several reasons. Sitting on the deck, looking at the boats and bay, was very relaxing. There's a nice dog park a short walk away. The neighborhood is very quiet, but only 5 miles via bike path (or car, of course) from Coronado to the north, and Imperial Beach to the south, both of which have nice restaurants. An average day for us was to walk to the beach in the morning, ride our bikes to lunch, walk to the dog park in the afternoon, and sit on the deck overlooking the water in the evening. Not a bad life!

May 2022My husband and I stayed here for a month, and it was perfection all around! This condo is very well appointed, extremely comfortable, immaculately clean, and shows obvious attention to ALL the details. It has brand new appliances, surround sound, and a wine frig to boot! The area is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. If you are looking for restaurants etc, both Coronado and IB are only about a 5 minute drive. The views of the San Diego Bay from this place are to die for and the Silver Strand beach, which is breathtaking, Is a short walk away. Marshall and Kimberly were extremely responsive and gracious hosts. We are so very grateful they share their little piece of paradise!

Jul 2022Coronado is my favorite place, and the Cays are no exception! Absolutely loved waking up to see the bay with the boats on the water each morning. The ocean breeze that would blow through the house was nice and kept the home cool and nice. The hosts are delightful and more than happy to assist with any needs. The home is fully stocked, the kitchen was better than any I’ve stayed in. The floor plan is nice, having the master bedroom separated from the other two bedrooms. The house was clean! Highly recommend and hope to come again!!! Thank you for the most wonderful July making memories with my family!
