We loved our stay at the apartment. The location is as described right on Promenade des Anglais with spectacular views of the sea and the promenade. You can enjoy the pebble beach, have a morning swim or simply soak up the sun in a very convenient 1 min walk across the street. The apartment is very nicely decorated, safe, clean and spacious for our family of 5 with 3 teenage boys. One bedroom does not have AC but boys liked to sleep with the balcony door open and a gentle breeze so this was not a problem at all. The terrace overlooking the sea is spacious and we spent a lot of time on, however, expect some road noise throughout the entire day. The kitchen is narrow with a big fridge but has all the items you may need if you are cooking at the apartment. There is a small washer if you do need to make an emergency wash. The apartment is not brand new so expect some signs of wear and tear in washrooms showers especially but it is clean and functional. Checking in and checking out was smooth with Ségolène meeting us at the apartment and going over the entry into the nice, secured building and the apartment. There is printed reference guide to help you with apartment rules and things nearby. Overall highly recommend staying at the apartment a great value for this time of year in Nice.

We had a wonderful time in Nice at this unit. It was easy to find a nice walk to the things we wanted to do.

We enjoyed our stay here, mostly because it has a beautiful view of the beach, and very easy access too - just a walk across the street. Plus, it has plenty of space for a small family with children. It has 2 bedrooms; however, if it is hot outside, no one can sleep comfortably in the back bedroom because there is no AC, only a small fan. My kids (ages 9 & 11) had to share the pull out sofa in the living room. Keep that in mind if you have older or younger kids, or more than 4 people. Also, the flat had an electrical problem on our last day, so the refrigerator and dishwasher did not work. And, the small washing machine took several hours to wash one small load. In sum, a nice flat, in a pretty beach location, with a few quirks, and nice for a lovely getaway.

Waking up to this incredible view every day of our vacation was the best gift we could ever give ourselves. Sun shining, amazing blue surf and great people watching every day from our balcony. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with all the pots, pans and utensils we needed to prepare dinner each night. The manager responded promptly to any questions we had about the city, transportation, etc. we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

This was our third time at this apartment and we love it. We enjoyed breakfast and evening wine on the comfortable terrace with a view of the Promenade and the beach. Nicely equipped kitchen, comfortable bedding, and 2 full bathrooms, and a washing machine. With the bus stop a few steps away and the Tram stop a block away it was very easy to get to Vieux Nice or back if we didn't want to walk, and to the Airport - all for 1.50 euro a ride. Grocery stores, patisserie, restaurants all within walking distance. Ségolène is so friendly and accommodating - promptly addressing any questions - and letting us drop off our luggage the day of our arrival before check in time. The perfect apartment for exploring Nice.

This was our second time at this beautiful oceanfront apartment. Although we drove there from another location, once we arrived in Nice we walked to everything. Segolene kept in good communication with us and met us right on time. We hope to return here again in a few years and highly recommend the property!
