Aug 2022What a view!! The condo was perfect for the four of us. The deck had a amazing view of the town below. The outdoor hot tub was closed but the pool was open and we had it all to ourselves in the clubhouse.

Feb 2016We loved this Condo. Perfect place to stay for all of us. Had everything we needed inside and very clean. Loved that we had covered parking! The bunk beds weren't as comfy as the regular bed on the main level. That's about all I can complain about. I would say that for anyone who is interested in this place, just make sure who ever will stay upstairs is capable of climbing up spiral stairs! Thanks for allowing us to stay in your cute little condo. We will consider this condo again in the future.

Jul 2018Was very happy with the location of this place. It was very easy to wake up every morning with a view of lake dillon. Silverthorne is right smack in the center of Rocky Mountain National Park, Vail where we took Polaris rzr tours, and whitewater rafting the Arkansas river. All our destinations were a little over an hour away so it was perfect!

Feb 2020This place was great. Had great amenities, lovely porch, and was close to the restaurants and shops of Dillion. It was also perfectly clean. The only thing I will say - and this is no fault of the place - but be aware that it sits at nearly 9,500 ft elevation. We did not “ease” into the elevation and I got elevation sickness. Could happen anywhere - just something to keep in mind! The place was perfect and would 10/10 stay again, hold the elevation sickness.

Jan 2019This over 800 sq. Ft place is well-designed that makes you feel that you live in a bigger place. The house is fully stocked with all the suppliers ( I never stayed in any place that have suppliers that would last for months before). Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. We’re a family if 5 adults and we live in this place comfortably. Games boards keep my little one busy and enjoyed. Hot tub ( a few mins drive) has a spectacular view.
The only 2 downsides I have about this place is it’s quite far from the highway (about 10 mins) and be aware of 2 fights of stairs from the garage to get to the room and with the high altitude, it really makes difficult for us to breath while care at stuff upstairs

Jun 2016The weekend was wonderful and the condo location was perfect. It was close to beautiful hikes ( Lily pad lake), shopping, fishing, grocery stores and restaurants. My husband and I liked that our boys had their own living space upstairs with their own bathroom and tv. The owners were awesome and it was perfect! We will definitely return!

Nov 2016The property, location and view are spectacular. The condo is beautifully decorated with many upgrades. My family and I spent a wonderful Thanksgiving there. My only complaints would be that I had to clean the oven before putting my turkey in it because it wasn't clean. The rest of the place was perfectly clean. Also the upstairs top bunk bed mattress is very hard for adults to sleep on. The water pressure upstairs is not very good so everyone used the downstairs bathroom for any "serious" business. I realize those things can't be helped much..
It was a delight to come back from skiing and just click on the fireplace. It was nice that my adult children could go upstairs and get away or I could go into the downstairs bedroom to relax. The kitchen, family area was perfect for everyone to hang out.
I would stay there again and I would recommend it to anyone.

Jul 2021The location was wonderful for white water rafting, Vail, Lake Dillon and shopping. The only reason 4 stars was given on accuracy of online listing is that the pool was Nader construction. However when I reached out to the owner the response se was quick and extremely kind. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!!!

Sep 2021The location was central to many activities! Views from this location are wonderful! The place was very clean and everything worked well. My only complaint is how small the master bath is, but it worked.

Apr 2018The layout was great, with 1 bedroom and bath upstairs for the kids. The upstairs beds (2 queens) were great! It would have been better if the master bed was king size. The kitchen was nicely setup and stocked with utensils. The condo has a good view of some of the mountains, but it is partially obstructed. We didn't use the club house as there wasn't much to use. The pool was small, but it was warm water and very clean, as were the 2 hot tubs. We didn't use the small camping size grill on the deck. Overall it was a great place and it worked very well for our family of 4.

Feb 2016Perfect condo! Owner very accommodating and got back to us when we had questions. Very clean and nice amenities for our short stay. Our kids brought out the games so no need to use television. :) Great location and would return if we are to visit CO mountain area again.

Jul 2019Overall the stay and property were great. The location is great. The bed in the master bedroom is absolutely uncomfortable. There was also an awful smell in the property so we had to leave the windows open. Had to search all over for toilet paper, paper towels and an ironing board.

Dec 2016My family of four enjoyed staying in this well appointed condo. We stayed over Christmas and there was even a wreath on the door and a little tree for us. We also received a gift basket from the owners! The bedrooms were perfect and the whole condo was very clean and well maintained. The fireplace was appreciated and we even played some games the owner had left for use. We visited the hot tub in the snow right down from the condo which felt awesome and again all was very clean. This was our first visit to CO and we loved being close to all the ski resorts. We want to come back and would definitely rent this unit again!

The owners were very proactive, letting us know that the unit was available early and making sure everything was ok. I selected this unit based partially on the location and the views shown in the listing and I wasn't disappointed. It is a beautiful location, and has nice views right from the couch or dining table. The hiking trails just around the corner are a nice bonus, we even saw four moose!

Feb 2019Great location to multiple mountains and easy access. This unit was perfect for two couples with our own space and bathrooms. Garage was nice to keep from loading/unloading daily in the snow. Netflix option was a great add to wind down before bed. Everything excellent! Would definitely look to stay again in the future.
