Jan 2022Wonderful vacation! We stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The loft was clean with all the essentials. We cooked most meals - there’s is a City Market grocery store within walking distance. The view from loft MAGICALLY SPECTACULAR. we used the fireplace as we cozied up a couple nights watching movies with snow falling outside. The property had all the amenities we sought: pool, hot tubs, gym, arcade and restaurant. The loft is in excellent condition with wilderness decor. Furniture in great condition and no pet odors at all. Beds comfortable with velvety covers. We went outside a lot to sled the very snowy hills and built a snowman. 10 minutes away from lots of activities at the YMCA such as ice skating and dog sledding. Also went to Frasier about 15 minutes away for snow tubing. Near winter park and the national Rocky Mountains. This stay was everything we wanted and more!

Aug 2021We truly appreciated the condo that was clean and comfortable and met all our needs! We really were grateful for the expandable table, beautiful view from the balcony, pet-friendly room, and the amenities of the Inn itself. Using the laundry room allowed us to pack light and the pool and outdoor activities on site were welcoming after a day of hiking. This location is close to many places to shop/eat/hike and is only a short drive from Arapaho National Park and RMNP for bigger hikes and more gorgeous scenery. Definitely would stay here again!

Jun 2021We thought the lodge and room were great! We did not realize there was no air conditioning though. We also came out to the Rocky's of course to see the park and to also do some off roading in our Jeep but a lot of the roads were closed so we left a day early. Other than that the room was great!

Jul 2019We thoroughly enjoyed this property. The view from the condo was beautiful and the location was easily accessible from the major highway. We were close to groceries, close to Lake Granby and only a 20 minute drive to Grand Lake and RMNP. The condo was clean, well furnished and had great amenities. The only negative was the check in process. We had been up since 2:00 a.m. central time and were not allowed to check in even 15 minutes early. We will definitely stay here again.

Apr 2019We loved the mountain cabin feel of the place. It was clean and had a well stocked kitchen so we could save some money by cooking there. Great location by Grandby Ranch.

Aug 2019We had never been to Granby before. It is a very convenient place to stay because of it's close proximity to Rocky Mtn Nat Park, Grand Lake and Winter Park. However, Granby itself doesn't have much to offer. The condo was cute and mostly looked as pictured online. Cleanliness could be improved upon. The chair in the livingroom was so covered in dog hair from previous guests that we didn't even sit in it. The carpeting also smelled of dog urine when it was humid out or raining and a mat in the bathroom also smelled of urine. Would also be nice if the condo came stocked with more toilet paper and tea bags for guests staying for longer time frames like we did. Unfortunately for us, the building's pool closed down for repairs for half of our stay. Our kids were very disappointed, though I know this is not the owner's fault. Also, this unit sits above a long term renter who smokes out on his balcony frequently. Many nights we had to close our balcony door because of the smell of smoke. We called the front desk several times and eventually I think the problem was resolved but be aware if you are sensitive to cigarette smoke. As many other guests have said, the building that the condo is located in leaves a lot to be desired. It is in desperate need of repair. I'll leave it at that because much of the building it just downright gross. Overall, we were very pleased with the price of the condo and the location was pretty good for what we wanted to see and do but we would probably not stay in Granby again.

Jul 2020We had a wonderful stay at this clean, cute condo. The owners were pleasant and responsive. We were happy to find that the location put us about 20 minutes to just about everything we wanted to do - Winter Park / Trestle bike park, YMCA Snow Mt Ranch, Grand Lake, and fly fishing. Plus, we thoroughly enjoyed the trails right out the back of the parking lot up to Granby Ranch. Thank you!

The only negative is the washer/dryers, they are not in the unit, but shared and one of them worked wonderfully the other continually ate coinage and it is some horrible process to try to get refunded. At the end of the day what's $5 we just used the one that worked. Also the game room is managed by some other company. Again this is NOTHING against the property owners they were amazing and I didn't even bug them with these issues. The unit was clean, comfortable and relaxing. We had a wonderful time exploring Rocky Mtn National Park from here. I wouldn't hesitate to book this again. The pool and hot tubs were relaxing and we took advantage of the outdoor grill. We did not try the restaurant on site, but it smelled good. The only surprise to me was no A/C, then I pulled up the weather forecast and nighttime temps were in the 40s the open window was plenty. Excellent stay, would book again.

The rodeo right next door had fireworks on July 3 and we were avle to watch from the parking lot. The king bed is comfortable along with the murphy bed. Would absolutely stay here again.

Jul 2022The unit was amazing, very clean, updated & everything you’d need for your stay. The property on which the unit is located was a little run down, restaurant & pool were closed frequently over the week, outside trash bins were overflowing in parking lot & the non smoking policy was not followed or in forced around the property & due to no AC it made it difficult to keep windows open.

The building the unit was in was a little rough. No a/c in the unit but the owners did provide a portable a/c unit which was nice. It was in the heat of the summer so it stayed about 80 the whole time we were there even with the portable u it on high and full of ice.

The town of Granby itself is a cute little place, plenty of places to go hiking near by. Only a few dog friendly restaurants, but nearby towns (Winter Park) was very dog friendly. Sep 2021The property was as listed, clean & had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay. One suggestion would be a curtain/ blinds on the balcony door for privacy . The grounds of the Inn itself could use some updating. It did not disappoint.

Aug 2021The owners are great, I have no complaints about them. And their condo looks as advertised and is reasonably comfortable. But the property around the condo is a bit run down, old and not in the most scenic environs. And this is a condo, not a detached unit. (It was clearly once a roadside, non-luxury hotel that got turned into condos.) The cleaning was a little lax--again, we don't hold the unit owners responsible, but it was a bit disappointing. We needed a place that could accommodate our cat (long story), so we obviously weren't expecting spic and span, but the smell of dog (particularly in the loft) was overwhelming and there seemed to be a lot of allergens in the carpeting and on the furniture--perhaps because it had been a long time since there was a deep cleaning? We actually wound up leaving a night early because my wife just couldn't stop with the runny nose and watery eyes no matter how much Claritin she took. We got to go to most of the places we drove up for (Grand Lake, Winter Park/Blue Sky Spa), but we felt the unit we rented through Vrbo wasn't really conducive for relaxing, so it made sense to head home. I would recommend this place for people heading up to Winter Park or Ski Granby for a budget weekend ski trip. The price is reasonable and if you're not spending a lot of time on the property, you'll probably get more value out of it than we ultimately did.

Jan 2020Perfect cabin style accommodations. Everything you need for a vacation in the mountains, close to shopping and everything we wanted to do but still quiet enough to relax with family and enjoy the views. Will definitely book again!!
