Dec 2015We rented many VRBO properties, this one was the nicest one by far. Great decor, everything was new, wifi and Netflix all worked great.Its great to have washer and drier when vacationing on the beach. Amazing sunsets!!!!! Quick ride to downtown by bus or 100/110 pesos by taxi. Owner is great to deal with I was originally booked in Holiday Inn next door, which was undergoing major renovations, so I wrote an email at 12.00 am requesting an early check in next day, he responded within minutes and we moved in the next day.RENT HERE!!!!!!!!

Jan 2022upon check in the unit had no running water, dirty sink full of water and gross things, black mold in vents, unit was 82 degrees F, the bed had bed sheets that were oversized for the bed. After getting ahold of owner and explaining all this information, he told me to calm down and texted me "welcome to Mexico lol" which irritated me more.......finally at @ 11 PM night of check in and completely exhausted after a 2000 mile flight trek a maintenance person and what I believe is a property managmentment person knock on the door and begin to work on the water unit...Frankly I believe I should be refunded in not in full at least half.......

Jun 2016Our stay was just fabulous! The condo is lovely and comfortable and the view from the spacious balcony is breathtaking. There is one bedroom and a pull-out couch, which my 14 year old daughter slept on- would not be comfortable for an adult, but she did fine with it. Netflix and internet both worked great too! The property was very quiet with many beautiful pools to enjoy, right off the beach. There is a bus stop on the street by the front gates, so access to downtown is easy. Perfect location- we will be returning for sure!!Thanks, Samy!

Dec 2019Beautiful condo,well stocked and perfect for our stay! Resort is clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Property owner Sammy was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions, his property manager Ms Chendel was just as helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again

Oct 2016Absolutely wonderful view! Fully equipped with just about everything you would need. We would highly recommend this rental. When we rented the only concern we had was that smoking was allowed, but there was not a trace of it. Plan on renting this united again next time we are in Puerto Vallarta. Clean and well maintained and super fast response to any questions we had. Also on site staff was friendly and helpful.
