Mar 2018We thoroughly enjoyed our winter stay here. Beatific view of the Colorado River from the living room and both bedrooms. Place for your boat or watercraft in the marina. Gated community so gave us the extra security. The owner was great to work with, responded to texts and emails promptly. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a getaway! Thanks for everything Jeffrey!!

Apr 2022We enjoyed staying at Jeffrey's condo which faces the Colorado River. Jeff was quick to respond if we had any questions. All the neighbors were friendly and fun. We would stay again but it's already spoken for next year.

Oct 2020This was a very comfortable condo at the water's edge down river from Laughlin with undeveloped scenic land across the river. Very comfortable home away from home. All the amenities included. The hosts were very accessible and responsive. I liked it so well that, since it was already booked to follow my stay, I have rented a few doors down.

Nov 2020This was a fabulous place to stay. Perfect location in the project for ultimate privacy. Very comfortable accommodations. Everything you need is on hand. Nice warm, clean pool very close by. Jeff and Kitty available, pleasant and helpful the few times I had questions. I'll be recommending to friends visiting from out of town. Book it!

Oct 2022The condo was remodel lately and the job is beautiful it makes you feel if you were in your own home, it is furnished very nicely and it has everything you need to live. Just bring your food. The owners were fantastic
