Mar 2022We stayed at this property during ski season. Property is nice. Beds and couches are comfortable, and all appliances, while basic, worked well. Decor and appliances are a bit dated but very functional. Host management company was responsive in the couple of instances we needed to connect, for check in instructions and an issue with the lock that resolved quickly. Only consideration is that the host will give you enough supplies for day 1, and expect you to go to the store and replenish dishwasher detergent, shampoo and other essentials on your own. This is different than most other stays I had, where the host typically leaves enough supplies for the length of your stay. A nuisance, but not a deal breaker.

Jan 2020We loved staying at this warm and cozy condo! Easy lock code on the front door and only 10 steps from the car to the door! Always parking right in front of the condo in spite of us being here over the Xmas holidays. Great lighting in the bedrooms and especially the kitchen which we feel is very important and has everything! Very cozy living room! Management is very responsive when we needed a couple things. You will love this place!

Jan 2022We had unfortunately some Issues with heater over night, door opening code malfunctioning, some plumbing stuff at sink and wifi, which should be definitely nightmare but Grand welcome is 24/7 available by phone and on-site staff was always couple of minutes away for fixing problems even with heavy snow storms.

Jan 2019The hidden fees were more than the advertised room rate. The unit was advertised as a 2 bed room / 3 bath and only had 2 bathrooms. customer service at this place was rude and uncooperative from the start and more so when I pointed out the error in the ad and in the conformation letter. They refused to do anything claiming Expedia had made the mistake. This is my last time dealing with these people and I suggest you not do it either.

Feb 2020Overall the cabin is well equipped. Very spacious and clean. About 15 minutes always from the village and gondola. We did encounter some cons:1. The beds were extremely stiff2. Downstairs Heater and bathroom exhaust fan were extremely loud.3. Downstair toilet is not working properly4. Upstairs shower hot and cold is reversed. 5. The picture were misleading as I thought a bathroom is connected to each bedroom. There’s a bathroom upstairs and one downstair.

Mar 2022Looks just like the photos. Had a great experience for a quick weekend with friends at the mountain. Very convenient to all shops and rental stores. 10 minute drive to the slopes- pleased with my stay here.

Apr 2017Hey guys I just want to say thank you for the amazing hospitality and service. The cabin was very comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. Im just contacting you guys now in regards to the cleaning fee. When we checked in on Monday morning we were told that if we cleaned the whole cabin ourselves and left it like it was when we initially got there, the cleaning fee would be removed. We woke up very early on Wednesday morning because of this, and cleaned the whole place to make it look perfect. We were then told when we checked out that it would not be removed. This was very frustrating, because we spent our own time on vacation to work at something we were told would be removed. Can you guys please refund us the cleaning fee? It would be greatly appreciated.

Apr 2018Great location, short bus ride to the village. Walking distance to the main office where you actually get the keys (completely separate building&street) We only really had two issues. One, check in and check out time we’re both incorrect on my phone. They were both an hour off from what the office told me (check in being later and check out being earlier). Check in on phone said 4pm the lady said it was actually at 5. Our room was ready early so we were lucky. Halfway through packing the truck up to leave (checkout on phone 11am, we get a knock at the door at 10am by the cleaners asking how long we will be. Again, not a huge deal but if the app is wrong on both times why have it?
P.s We brought our dvd collection but the living room DVD player did not work. I am experienced with audio/video install and I couldn’t get it to work.
P.p.s So many fees! Out the door for three nights I was at like 140 a night... but my total was in the 7’s... Hey, they gotta get their chunk of meat somehow I guess.

Dec 2019Check in was super simple. A key code for the door lock was provided. Downfall was that I could not remember the 6 digit code so had to look at my phone every time we entered and only one spare key was provided which had a gas station bathroom size lanyard on it. Not a big deal though. Both rooms were almost identical with one having the jack and Jill style bathroom attached and the other having a sink only which was weird. Walls are pretty thin. Good size rooms. Beds were relatively comfortable. Room heaters worked well. The entry way heater did not work and that area was very difficult to warm up. There is enough room there for snow gear. Upstairs restroom was a little dirty and the shower valve H/C valve was backwards but plenty of hot water fir 4 people to shower. The layout of the upstairs living area was nice. Very cozy feel and lots of space. The furniture layout was a bit weird so I took the liberty of switching the love seat for the single chair. Kitchen was stocked well with dishes and cooking utensils. Lots of firewood provided. Two parking spaces for the unit are provided. Shuttle stop just outside the complex. Walking distance to vons shopping center and other things on old mammoth rd. Book with confidence for 4 people. 6 is possible but tight.
