Well located and comfortable but no coffee, no shower soap, broken blinds, door that wouldn't lock, WiFi not turned on, no beach towels or toys did have wagon though. Communication with owner awkward.

We enjoyed our stay in your condo very much. It was nice and spacious and the beds were very comfy. It was quiet despite the back balcony facing the pool. Convenient to the sandy beach and to nearby shops and restaurants. The building really should have an elevator as climbing several flightsof stairs with luggage was a struggle. Some additional niceties might be providing bath soap, shampoo, and a hair dryer and maybe some beach towels as traveling with those can be cumbersome.

We did not go in the house not stay here. After arriving 15 minutes early and messaging the owner with no response, we walked around to familiarize ourselves with the property. Our first stop was the pool area and that was enough for my husband to say “NO” we aren’t staying here with our two teenage daughters and 11 year old. The pool area was absolutely crazy and small. The party that was going on in the pool area was NOT appropriate for a family. Hopefully the representation of the people that were staying there that we observed is not a everyday picture. We did not feel safe staying here with our family and left and got a hotel for our stay.

We could not have asked for a better stay. The layout, location and convenience of the apartment was perfect for our group. We swam in the pool and visited the beach every day. The owners were incredibly helpful and responsive. We will certainly be back!

Very nice, comfortable condo unit, easy walk to the beach. The hot tub was a nice bonus.

Very clean, tidy, and comfortable location extremely close to the beach. The property is located about three minutes from the beach and lots of places to eat or get a drink or two (or three). Checking in was easy and had no problems. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

This was our first time staying and we will be back. The location was great and the condo was as well! The property manager was easy to get ahold of if we needed anything, too. We sure hated to leave, and can’t wait to go back! Great place for a family vacation!!

This was an amazing deal for South Padre! Very nice and roomy 2BR 2Bath condo with a large balcony overlooking the pool area. Great location with a beach access just across the street. The common area is a perfect place to BBQ, swim, and hang out with the family. Lots of bbq pits, tables, and beautiful grassy areas surrounding a large pool, kiddie pool, and hot tub! A hidden gem! Owner was quick to respond to any questions and very accommodating! Will definitely stay here again!

This property is definitely older and can use some upgrades. That said, the location, price, and amenities can't be beat. We loved our stay and would recommend this property to other families.

The unit was clean and cozy. Fernando was very responsive with small issues. My son enjoyed the heated pool everyday and the beach was only 1/2 a block away.

The property was like a 30 second walk to the beach and had a lovely hot tub for the chilly winter nights and a heated pool that was great for a dip any time of year. The unit was HUGE! Much bigger than what was needed for just me and my mom, so it was a great place to invite friends for dinner. Pool had great charcoal BBQs and the surrounding garden was tropical and lovely! My only complaint was that right when I moved in there was a very strong chemical smell (I'm guessing from the strong disinfectants used), and we got sick from the water, which is common on South Padre Island because it's so close to Mexico; also, the furniture was a little outdated, but very comfortable and all mattresses were brand new & lovely to sleep on. Stayed here for 3 months and the condo was stocked with everything we needed and more. Would defiantly stay again... GREAT bargain for the price. I would absolutely encourage anyone to stay here: what a find!

The property was clean and ready for us. We had an issue with the keyless entry, but Fernando had someone over to fix it the next day and promptly got us a key in the meantime. Easy access to the beach, nice people on the property, and great location.

The property is close to the beach and centrally located to restaurants.

The place was exactly as listed. It just felt like home. The pool and hot tub were so nice. The property was only a block away from the ocean. Will definitely stay again when back in the area.

The location was awesome. Right around the corner from Wanna Wanna Beach Club and Public Access. Nice, quiet complex with a very clean pool area which my kiddos loved! My only suggestion would be to leave more than 1 roll of toilet paper and to consider replacing kitchen appliances. The oven is VERY old and one of the main burners doesn’t work. And the fridge took a long time to cool our groceries to the point that we moved our meat and milk to the cooler until the next morning. The host was super responsive to communication during our stay. We would definitely stay again!

The condo is clean and well maintained and furnished with anything you might need on your short or long stay from kitchen utensils and cookware to dishwasher, washer, and dryer. Host is friendly and responsive. I recommend staying here.

Sea Turtles Inc is a great place to visit. We also took a dolphin cruise with Isla Tours. Throughly enjoyed the tour.
