Sep 2018We totally enjoyed sleeping in the loft with the doors open to welcome the sounds and breeze of the ocean. We had everything we needed and enjoyed the location as somewhat central.

Jul 2018We had a great stay in this condo! Everything was very clean and tidy. The private beach across the street was wonderful, especially if you have a child. The views from the balcony are great, such a nice spot to drink your morning coffee or eat dinner. The loft has a queen size bed but also leaves room for a pack and play. Property is centrally located on the Cape so all other towns (Provincetown, Chatham, Sandwich & Falmouth are all within an hour drive. Our favorite parts of the trip were lounging on the private beach and shopping/tour of Martha’s Vineyard. Already planning a return stay in the near future!

Jul 2019We found this condo to be small but cozy. It had everything we needed, and a very well stocked kitchen. Only thing it didn't have that we prefer our rentals to have, is a washer and dryer. (Also didn't have an iron.) It had a great view of the ocean and the private beach across the street is perfect for families, although it is very small. Our 6 year old daughter loved sleeping in the loft. The condo was just what we needed, although a living room area would have been nice. But we found it to be completely doable with a family of three. Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short because we lost power due to a tornado on the Cape! But property manager was very accommodating. I would recommend this condo to couples or small families.

Our only issues were spotty wifi & having to bring our own sheets & towels (takes up a lot of room in your luggage), but really, with this place, I can deal with it;)

Jun 2022This was our first visit to Cape Cod, and our 6-day, 5 nights stay at the Ocean Winds condominium unit #9 was wonderful. The unit was very clean, bright and inviting. It was just the two of us, and the space was more than ample. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen includes everything you might need to dine. The balcony is a plus and includes a table and several chairs, so you can enjoy morning coffee, read a book or just relax. The building is positioned with a wall of windows facing south, towards the Ocean, so the views are fantastic. We slept every night with the windows open, listening to the sound of the waves. No need for air conditioning during our mid-June visit. Traffic on Old Wharf Road was very light, and everyone drove slow and respectfully, making it very walkable. A very good casual Restaurant is just blocks away, and more dining choices are not far away. Seafood is very abundant as you would expect and was less expensive than we were anticipating. The physical location on the Cape was ideal for us. It was an easy drive as we explored various areas on each day and then returned in the evening. There is Chatham just to the East, the Cape Cod National Seashore and Provincetown to the North, and Hyannis and Woods Hole to the West. We spent one day in Nantucket, taking the ferry out of Hyannis. Beaches are just about everywhere to enjoy. In closing, what a great place to stay in a great area to visit!!!

Oct 2022This little unit was better than advertised. Very clean and updated. Great view of Nantucket Sound and you could hear the waves coming in to the shore.The bathroom was also clean and neat. The shower worked well even for a tall person.I highly recommend!Rich & Donna

Aug 2022The property was clean, nicely decorated and conveniently located. If I had know the loft was accessible only through a pull down ladder I would have perhaps thought twice about staying there.

Sep 2021Rajani gave complete instructions for stay. Place was as advertized. Nice to find an affordable ocean view for just a couple without needing all the square-footage of a cottage. Absolutely loved our stay here and the location. Private beach was nice too. Would love to return.

Sep 2018Our week there was spectacular, weather wasn't the best the first 3 days, but after that it was perfect. The location to the beach was great. Staying in dennisport is perfect for what we want, location is close to everything. Whale watch was great out of p town, beaches on the cape for sunsets, sundae school for icecream, chatham/Hyannis for cloudy day shopping. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay.

As so many others have stated, the view and sound of the ocean was awesome. We would return to this property if we ever come back to the Cape.

Jul 2018My husband and I were lucky enough to find this condo days before our wedding on Cape Cod. We could not have asked for a more perfect Cape Cod getaway! We woke up every morning with a view of the beautiful ocean from the comfort of our bed, and sounds of ocean waves with the door open. The balcony is the perfect place to drink morning coffee or have an evening glass of wine. Rajani made sure the condo was clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Rajani’s condo to friends and family!

Oct 2022My husband and I stayed here the last week of September for our anniversary. It was the perfect size for the two of us, and the Cape was peaceful and quiet now that we’re into Fall. The condo is in a really convenient spot for almost anything you’d like to do on the Cape. Check in was really easy and the space was very clean and had everything we needed. The deck was quite sunny but had a beautiful view of the water. Luckily it was on the chillier side when we stayed so the sun didn’t keep us from enjoying sitting outside- I’d imagine some shade would be needed in the summer months, though. Overall, we were so happy with the spot and would definitely love to be back!

May 2017My family had a great stay here: condo was in great condition and kitchen is adequately furnished to dine in or grill. The weather was not great for the first days of our visit (early-mid May) so we were able to do a few day trips to both Provincetown and Woods Hole. Just about all of the Cape is within little more than an hour drive. On the days that the weather cooperated, it was great to be able to just cross the street to the beach, yet have all the amenities of home a moment away. This is especially true with my 4-year old's no notice bathroom needs. The only thing we didn't love was that the outside shower was not yet hooked up for the season.

Fell asleep and woke up to the sound of the ocean waves. It was the perfect location for all of our day trips. We loved that the area is not super touristy. Sep 2022Great views of Nantucket Sound in a good central Cape Cod location. Excellent accommodations with 2 minor complaints: basic cable leaves few viewing options, and sound-side porch light is missing a bulb.
