Feb 2022Tub in master bath had a crack in the bottom. Construction on another patios pool went on all week, very loud pounding, drilling, talking. Pieces of cement all over patio floor and our couch. Our Pool tiles were chipped away and sitting on edge of pool Beds were super hard.

Jul 2022This was a great location for our first family vacation to Mexico. We heard great recommendations about Playa and it did not disappoint. Easy walk to beach, easy access to restaurants and of course the famous 5th avenue shopping district. Beautiful view from the private deck and pool area. Great way to relax!

Jun 2021The roof top pool alone would have made this place great, but the location made it fantastic. We were within walking distance of everything. The apartment could use a little updating, especially the master bathroom, but even with that, I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Jul 2022Our stay exceeded our expectations! Accommodations were great and the views from terrace were breathtaking. We really enjoyed easy access to beach and stores so close. We were also just minute walk to 5th Street which was so convenient for our family. Host Gladys was the best!! She helped us get adjusted upon arrival and thru departure. She was always ready to help with any questions. She even helped us book shuttles to and from airport. This was a wonderful place to stay and we would recommend it to anyone and will definitely return.

Dec 2021It was ok. The place needs a little TLC, like updated cushions (ripped) on rooftop deck, some plants (like the other units), the master bath tub is a bit odd.... sofa in living room is older. The frig was all banged up. Just needs a 3rd set of eyes to help the owner understand. The management company & Francesca did an excellent job.

Nov 2022Inference in listing + concierge’s understanding was incorrect re: privilege at Mamitas & Kool Beach Clubs. Not enough towels (hand and face cloths). Unable to rectify prior to our leaving. Previous reviews mentioned crack in master tub, stonework around rooftop pool and cracked tile…still in need of repair. Nice complex but would choose another unit in the future!

Apr 2021Awesome location! Steps from the beach and anything else you could ever think of! Place is bigger than the pictures make it look! The private roof terrace has amazing views which you can watch the sun rise over the ocean and sets over the city!
