We enjoyed our vacation at this condo. The location is perfect. The beach is 10 minutes away. Restaurants and shopping is close by.Condo is clean. Phil is a wonderful host. The only drawback is the pool. It is owned by a separate company and the owners will not keep it heated to where it is enjoyable for swimming in the winter months.

We came to town to see our parents that "snowbird" for the winter. This condo was in the perfect location - very comfy , clean and Phil was very accommodating and accessible. We will definitely call him for our next visit!!

We are a family from Sweden of 4 ( 2 adults 2 kids 7 & 9 years ) we went to stay here now in December 2018 and we are very happy with our experience Phil was always available and responded quickly to all questions we had and most important of all he helped us out if something needed attention It was spacious and the systems in the Apt worked well , we have been going to south Florida every year since 2011 and Based on all rentals we’ve had this one is definitely one of the better ones. Very nice property. Well maintained and clean. Neighborhood is safe and quiet. Driving to Miami/South Miami Beach is relatively far and time. Lots of traffic but that is South Florida. Plenty of accidents on the highway to and from Miami. My only complaint was that a heirloom orchid I brought to Florida for my sister was stolen from the front door in daylight. It cost me over $40 and while I do not know who stole it my concern of the cleaning crew remains. Odd, that though they live in Florida had no idea what an orchid was. I wish I could be reimbursed. It would only be fair. I do recommend this property but if you plan to drive to Miami it will take you over an hour. Best wishes and Blessed Christmas to You and Your Family.

This unit was clean, comfortable, nicely furnished and Phil was very responsive. However, it was labeled as wheelchaIr accessible which is not entirely true. My daughter's large wheelchair was able to get through the front door but not the bedroom or bathroom doors. One shower was outfitted with 2 safety bars and the other with one. A very miner observation: kitchen appliances seemed new and worked well but dishes, pots and pans, etc. were all mismatched.

This is the third winter that I have stayed here. Phil is very accommodating and will do whatever is necessary to make your stay comfortable. If any problems occur he is a text message away from resolving the problem. He is fairly flexible on your dates and length of stay. Phil also delivers your forwarded mail to you on a weekly basis. The condo is clean and well maintained. This is not a fancy condo, but the Deer Creek area is very pretty. I would have preferred a condo in the Boca or Delray area, but the value here is excellent and Phil is so accommodating that I keep coming back!

Me and my wife stayed here with our two little children and had a wonderful time. Very clean place and the owners were very nice and friendly.

It was very pleasant and very comfortable, we had a very nice time, also what i like the best was the location, near everything. and plan to comeback next year.

I stayed here with 2 friends. There was plenty of room for 2-3 more people to be there. Beautiful kitchen with plenty of appliances and utensils. We felt very safe. It was close to a shopping area for necessities. We never used the pool, etc. Deerfield Beach was a couple of miles away and easy to get to. There were 2 beach chairs at the condo. Phil stopped by and asked if we had any problems. Nice walking neighborhood as well. I would take my family there and would stay here again.

I am a travel nurse and needed a small place conveniently located to everything. I was very pleasantly surprised upon arrival to this beautiful, clean and cozy unit. It was everything Phil had promised. He was a wonderful landlord and very helpful. I would definitely stay in this unit again if I have anymore travel assignments in the area.

Apartment was clean and owner very friendly. A couple of things disappointed us: the apartment didn’t really seem to be recently renovated as advertised; relatively new appliances, but walls in need of paint (minor issue). The kitchen blind was broken and hanging crooked when we took possession which gave us an initial poor impression. Phil promised he would replace it immediately a couple of times but never did. Of course the biggest issue which was no one’s fault was the emergence of Covid-19 which resulted in us having to leave 2 weeks early. It would have been nice to receive a partial refund, but...
