Oct 2022You are right in the heart of music row with a short scooter ride or walk to Broadway! This rental is missing nothing and was amazingly clean. Pool was so nice to have as it was 95-100 every day of our stay!

Nov 2020We loved staying in this condo. The area was awesome, walking distance to some restaurants/bars and not more than a 5 minute drive to basically anything else. Condo was very clean and has a fun style. Will stay here again if we return to Nashville!

Oct 2022We had a great time while we were in Nashville. Jon was a very good host with timely communication. There were 6 adults (three couples sharing the space), it was a little difficult with 6 adults just because of privacy. I think this listing would better suit groups of 4. The sofa bed was not adult friendly. The door pulls on the cabinets may need to be rethought as well because a lot of them had fallen off. All in all a nice place in a great neighborhood.

We had a great time and loved this property - it was perfect for our long weekend in Nashville!

Aug 2021Very well kept , modern and clean … great space for the four of us . We loved the comfy beds and the layout of the unit . A beverage welcome package would have been a plus , i.e cold water bottles … the layout of the bathroom was great for the four of us . Very private with lots of room . We loved all the mirrors thru out ! Can’t wait to return ! Thanks Jon Perry for a great vacation spot in Nashville !

Jul 2020Unfortunately we visited during COVID and didn't get to indulge in that glorious pool. However we did walk to some restaurants and visited Nashville Shores. Many things were closed so we explored very little but did enjoy the big living room tv.

Aug 2021This place was perfect for our trip to Nashville! Two bedrooms with kitchen and a comfortable living room area. The guitar shaped pool is awesome! Everything was very clean and new. Plenty of amenities as if you’re at home.
The location of the condo is the perfect. We were able to walk down the street to bars. We walked to The Gulch to eat a couple times. We walked downtown too, although it was about 30 minutes.
I would definitely stay here again!

Aug 2022This condo was absolutely perfect for our ladies weekend getaway. It was exactly everything we needed. The place was in pristine condition, love the decor, even though it has only 1 bathroom, it's big and has a door separating the toilet and a door separating the shower, so people could get ready while others were using the facilities. The bedrooms are huge and so comfortable. We loved the pool as well. Great area to walk around and close to everything. Jon is a great host, answered any questions we had before and during the trip. I will definitely be coming back to stay here in the future. Thank you Jon!

Aug 2022This condo is the perfect location for a Gals trip. We really enjoyed Midtown (even more than Broadway) and it was less than two blocks away from the condo. The condo was perfectly designed to host a bunch of ladies - including the bathroom. We took full advantage of the pool and found everyone staying in these condos very friendly and fun. I am not sure I would recommend a family with young children to stay here as it is very adult oriented - which is exactly what I was hoping for. We loved every moment of our stay here.

Walking distance to food, entertainment and recoding studios! This unit was super clean, has everything you need! Very Comfortable! Complex is safe and quiet!
