Jul 2020With only two nights to spend in Provincetown, we couldn't be happier with the location of Kevin's place. We were able to enjoy the beaches at Herring Cove and Race Point during the day by car and walk to Commercial Street for dining and shopping in the evening. Clean, convenient, and comfortable--you won't be disappointed with this rental on VRBO. Thanks, Kevin!

Jun 2021We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was very clean, had everything we needed and the location was a short walk to town, the pier, the beach and bike trails. Would definitely stay there again!

Apr 2021We stayed at this property few times already and will definitely come back. It has everything one may need for a quick or longer gateway, kitchen is well stocked and location is great for a walk into town. We'll definitely consider coming back again.

The house was very clean, comfortable, well organized and completely stocked with all the necessary basics( papertowels, toilet paper, soap, etc,) for the entire week. The property is perfectly located within walking distance of all of Ptown's shopping, restaurants and attraction. The private parking space is a huge plus! Kevin was a wonderfully courteous and welcoming host. We can't wait to stay there again.

Aug 2020We had a great time on our annual Provincetown stay, even during COVID-19. The location is amazing, very close to Commercial Street and all of our favorite shops, restaurants and ice cream places. Too bad we had to keep our outings to a minimum to limit exposing ourselves, so instead we spent a lot of time on the local beaches and inside the condo itself.
The unit is very clean, with modern amenities, comfy beds, nice linens and towels. Since we were doing a fair bit of cooking at home I was really glad to find that the kitchen was stocked with every possible pot/pan/knife/fork/bowl/plate/spatula known to mankind. I was amazed at how many different types of cookware, utensils and spices managed to fit in the drawers and everything was in great working order and condition. This was a major bonus to us after having seen some kitchen disasters in the past in the rental units. It was clear that Kevin cared about and thought through the needs of his renters and had everything for us at the ready.
The only tiny area for improvement in my mind was with Internet connectivity though this may be an issue for Provincentown as a whole. There were a few times where we had to either attend a work-related video conference or were trying to watch Netflix and noticed that the connection speeds were really bad. This happened across multiple devices even while being right next to the wireless router. Not a huge deal (so I didn't even mention this to Kevin during our stay). This just gave us extra encouragement to get outside and enjoy the beautiful beaches.

Jun 2022We (family of 4) stayed here for 2 days and really liked it. The place Is within walking distance of everything in town, it is clean, well kept, and has everything you need for a short stay. The balcony in the back is tiny and completely enclosed, but small the balcony in the front is nice. Highly recommend this place.

Sep 2022This was our second time at this rental and would definitely come back again. Be aware though that there is really no outdoor space. Master bedroom bed was a little soft for my preference was only other issue.

It was well-stocked & clean and very homey. Best of all gou cooks walk to anything you’d want to see or do in ptown. The owner was veg easy to get in touch with and the check - in was a breeze. We loved it and recommend it to friends or family or couples looking to enjoy Ptown and avoid the traffic by leaving the car and walking or biking. Loved it!

Oct 2021This property is located very close to the center of Provincetown. Parking in Provincetown is tricky, so being located close to shops, restaurants, and the Harbor is a true convenience. The house is perfect for a party of 3 or less. Kevin has thought of all the little conveniences that help make this residence feel like home. We will be going back!

Kevin, you have done an amazing job with all the accents, the pictures, plants, even the lighting was SO nice. You have a beautiful home. Loved everything about it!!!
