Aug 2018We absolutely loved our time in this condo. It was well stocked, nicely updated and quiet. What else could you ask for? Oh, and the balcony is small, but has a good view of the pool and surrounding buildings and area. Out the front door (which is actually on the second floor - a condo is below) are beautiful pine trees (if I remember correctly) and a lovely breeze flows thru the unit with the windows open. I'd gladly rent it again! Also it is walking distance to some restaurants and shops.

Jul 2020This unit is in desperate need of an update!!! Everything is VERY OLD and VERY dingy. The carpet is stained, the couch smells like urine in the corner section, the drinking cups are so old and stained, we didn't even want to use them. The toaster doesn't work, all appliances (including can opener, stove, pans) are probably from the 1960s...no exaggeration. The forks are so bent, they are useless. Can opener wouldn't even open a can because it was so rusty and dull. There is a large crack that goes all the way up the living room wall. The faucets leak. The toilets are very slow to flush. Needs a coat of paint in the worst possible way. The upstairs bedroom with the four beds has no ventilation, no fan, no windows and was very hot. Maybe put a fan in the unit since there is no AC! There are no screens on any windows so you get bugs flying in, but you need windows open because of the heat. VRBO should inspect these units before allowing them to be on their site to meet minimum aesthetic guidelines. Also, we got a citation because the parking pass wasn't the "right" type. We were told to contact the management company to get the proper pass. Since they aren't even on site, we just took our chance that we wouldn't be towed, but it was an added stress for us. I am leaving such a detailed review because when I booked, all I saw were positive reviews, which seems very fishy. Also, there's a review about a balcony and it being on the second floor, and that is inaccurate, which leads me to believe the reviews are untruthful and don't apply to this unit at all.

Sep 2018THIS PLACE WAS VERY SPACIOUS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT. I WOULD PICK THIS LOCATION FOR FUTURE VACATIONS. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE BE UPDATED A BIT WITH NEWER BEDSHEETS AND HAVE AIR FRESHENERS AVAILABLE BECAUSE IT DID FEEL MUSTY IN THERE SINCE THIS LOCATION MAY NOT HAVE BEEN USED IN A WHILE. BUT STILL A GREAT WELL MAINTAINED PLACE .

This was our first time renting this unit, and it was flawless. It's location is all time. Walk out the door, onto the street and the bus stop to Eagle Lodge is right there. Very comfortable beds, and living areas, everyone in our group was happy. The complex has awesome common areas with Jacuzzi (uncrowded), Pool table, Table Tennis, and Air Hockey. Will definitely look for this unit when booking in the future.

This rental was perfect for our family and we were impressed by the service offered by Mammoth Sierra Reservations. The unit offers all the basics, fully functional, but not fancy, and includes super comfortable beds. When we asked for some minor repairs and a few extra amenities (a broom and some hangers), Mammoth Sierra Reservation sent someone over that day! We're already thinking towards a 2020 stay!

This place was perfection! The bunk room was filled w our tween & friends, the 2nd bedroom perfect for the teen and his friends & we were downstairs. Our stay here was awesome- could not have asked for a better experience. Checking in was easy, the house was extremely conveniently located (right next to bus stop, less than 5 min to mountain, a few minutes to the Village, one minute to grocery store!). The house is also right next to plenty of parking, so you arent lugging your stuff far into the complex. House was clean and super well set up for our group of 9. Everyone had a comfortable bed, and communal area was great. Jacuzzi was awesome. Also had a perfect little enclosed storage area outside the front door for skis and boots. Could not have had a better setup for our stay, especially with a group of this size. Thanks again!

Everything was very clean and comfortable. We had 6 people in our group and there was more than enough room and accommodations. Conveniently located close to the store, movie theatre and many area amenities. Bus pick-up for Eagle slopes is right outside of the complex.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The loft area in particular was a hit for my son and his 3 nephews over the Memorial day weekend. They stayed up late chatting and bonding. Isn't that what a good family getway should be about!

As previous reviews mentioned the burners on oven do not work, and neither did the oven. But this place had plenty of space for everyone to sleep and was overall a nice place to stay. The best part for me was the location, it is centrally located and everything you need is only a few minutes walk or drive away. This unit has no washer/dryer so bring quarters if you plan on doing laundry, they do have a few on site.

Sep 2018Everything is very old. Stained carpet. Marked scuffed walls. Front right burner on stove doesn’t work right. Our key didn’t work for the pool area. Not sure if I missed something with that. Was clean tho. Recommend a coat of paint and new carpeting.
